Renter must read and electronically sign the rental agreement sent to them by owner upon booking and sign it within 3 days of booking or your booking will be cancelled as required by house rules and VHR Permit.

Violation of the El Dorado County Rental Ordinance is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. No excessive noise allowed at any time.

Renter shall fully comply with rental agreement and check in/ check out instructions. Including not make any alterations in or about the Premises.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave your garbage in bear box and if full in the garage trash cans for the cleaners to remove. Do not leave garbage outside. Do not leave garbage on the floor or trash the house.
Make sure all the appliances are turned off, Make sure all TV’s and stereo are turned off and remotes are placed in tray on ottoman.
Make sure spa is turned down to 80 degrees and cover is closed and locked. Make sure BBQ is turned off, gas valve to BBQ is in off position, cleaned up and cover placed on it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Every year the same weekend a group of friends rent a cabin for 3 nights. this is a very quiet neighborhood. Nice house plenty of rooms to sleep and a open kitchen/family/dinning area to gather. Good spot and have stayed there a few times with our group of friends.

Ski Stash

Great place for families or friends week on the mountain. 2nd year in a roll we stayed here. We absolutely love it, hot tub and close to town! Kirkwood only 50 mins away, go check it out!

Lake Tahoe Weekend

Stayed here with some friends. The property was clean and the owner Matt was easy to reach. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and a short Uber ride to bars/restaurants.
