Welcome to your South Lake Tahoe retreat - Make yourself at home in this newer construction 4 bed/3 bath home that is walking distance to the lake and located in a quiet neighborhood; Very central/close to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

We are walking distance to Eldorado beach, bike rentals, lots of trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and Safeway (See Pictures). We are also 1 mile from Ski Run Blvd.

Enjoy the nice amenities like your morning coffee while siting on the back balcony enjoying the fire pit, or perhaps a cozy evening enjoying the fireplace while playing family games; or a stroll to a nearby restaurant or coffee shop, or a walk to the beach where you can rent Kayaks and Paddle boards and enjoy the snack shack (during summer), and so much more. We are equipped with backpacks, beach umbrella, beach towels, a portable wagon, gas grill, with a kitchen that's stocked for all your needs.

We stayed at this beautiful house over the holiday break. The house provides everything you need in addition to its close proximity to anything you need during your visit to Tahoe: from groceries to restaurants to parks and ski resorts. Kimberly was super helpful as a host and promptly responded to our inquiries. We will definitely visit back.

it’s a beautiful new house and it’s very well stocked with everything that you will need for your stay in Tahoe. The location is amazing and the host is very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back for a stay here.
