Welcome to your South Lake Tahoe retreat - Make yourself at home in this new construction 4 bed/3 bath, 'Walk to the Lake" home located in a quiet neighborhood; very central/close to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. If your visiting during the summer, it has AC and if your visiting during the winer, your 1 mile from Ski Run Blvd. Walking distance to beach, bike rentals, trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and Safeway (See Pictures). Enjoy the nice amenities like your morning coffee while siting on the back balcony enjoying he propane firepit, or a cozy evening enjoying the gas log fireplace; or a stroll to a nearby restaurant or coffee shop, or a walk to the beach where you can rent Kayaks and Paddle boards and enjoy the snack shack (during summer), and so much more. We welcome you to experience the magic of South Lake Tahoe at our new home.
