Great Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed to enjoy a great vacation including linens, towels, kitchen supplies, games, etc. The outside area of the home is beautiful. We loved the pool and hot tub. The home is located in a great location close to many restaurants and shops. Dave was an exceptional host, extremely communicative, helpful and available to answer any questions. I recommend this home for a fun stay in Hampton Bays!

Great stay! Would happily come back!

We had a group of 10 women visiting for the weekend and had a GREAT time! The house is in an ideal location - plenty of restaurants, stores, beaches, and vineyards with 10-25min drive! The house was even better than pictured. A ton of space on the deck for us to lounge around and eat every meal together outside. The pool was beautiful and we used the hot tub daily! There's also an outdoor speaker system, yard games, floats, and outdoor bar we got full use of! Can't say enough good things about the outdoor space. Inside was great too but we spent majority outdoors! Dave was wonderful and super prompt with responding to questions leading up to the trip and while we were on the property. It was so helpful to have him show us the house during check in. Small items I would recommend to Dave would be to fix the front door from slamming and to put a broom in the house so we can help clean more! Otherwise thanks so much for a great stay!

The house was immaculate and the pool fantastic. For us we needed one more bath. Our bad. Location for shopping and beaches was perfect. Road noise the only negative.
