Now Open After Ian!! Lazy Day - New Beach Paradise w/Pool, 2 min walk to beach!

POST-IAN INFORMATION - As this home was newly built in only 2019, we received minimal damage from the hurricane and are open and ready for guests! Pool and internet are in service and the beaches are looking great. Please be aware that the entire area was hit hard by the hurricane and is still in recovery mode, but every day, progress is being made. Food trucks and restaurants are back up and running, such as Bayfront Bistro, Cabanas, Snug Harbor, Tiki Bar, and Wahoo Willies. We recommend that you do some research on the area before booking. You can find information on the Town of Fort Myers Beach website and the Beach Talk Radio Facebook page. We'd love to host you as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds even better than before!

Enjoy a "Lazy Day" on Lazy Way! This gorgeous brand new construction home is located mid-island in a quiet neighborhood and was completed in 2019. With its own private salt water pool, it's also just a 2 minute walk to the beach from access point #15 on Sterling Ave.

Newly professionally decorated with high-quality classic beach style furnishings, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home sleeps 8. Master bedroom is equipped with a king, 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom contains 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own television. The spacious open living room has a large screen TV, DVD player, and includes a sleeper sofa. Enjoy views of the canal from the screened-in porch and cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen. Free high-speed WiFi and cable service also provided.

Catch the Trolley right on Estero Blvd. to enjoy all the island has to offer. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping, a movie theater, Publix grocery, and more! Visit Santini Marina Plaza or Snook Brite Marina where you can rent a boat, take dolphin tours, or get fishing bait.

Best of all, the beach is just ~800 feet away, a short walk to beach access point #15 off Sterling Ave. This is one of the most scenic and desirable access points with a quaint bridge leading to white sand. It's a fabulous spot to watch gorgeous sunsets.

Starter soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels are provided, as well as an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a beach wagon.

Perfect beach house!

This property was perfect! Very clean and everything you could need was available. Beach access was so easy and the pool was an oasis. I would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back again! The people in the neighborhood were friendly and there was so much to do on this island. Great vacation!

Wonderful home!

We loved this property and enjoyed our time here. We made some great memories! We grilled, swam and enjoyed the closeness of the beach. Especially to watch the beautiful sunsets every evening.

Great place!

Beautiful house, loved the pool and really close to the beach. Rented bikes and rode them all over the island. Also really close to Publix Supermarket. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice updated home.

We had a great week stay here in April. House was very nice and updated. Pool was perfect for our family. Deep enough on one half for our 7 year old and the shallow side was very nice for our 2 year old that celebrated his birthday here. Location was great. Maybe a block and a half to the beach. Also had numerous sand and pool toys.

Geving family vacation 2022

The property was amazing and very comfortable. It is clean and the beds are great. We walked to the beach easily. Publix is a short drive away. My kids walked there as well. We would definitely stay there again. Jerry was available if we needed him. Thank you for a great week.
