We propose in Menaggio, one of the most fascinating area of the Lake Como, new apartment consist of: open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 twin room, 1 bedroom with single bed (extra bed is possible), 2 bathroom, garden and basement room.
Private parking is at disposal for the guests.
Located in a very quite area, not to far from the centre of Menaggio , Porlezza and just 40 minutes from Lugano.
Few steps away, you can find Bar Stella Alpina – where you can taste delicious breakfast and snacks – and a small grocery store.
Just 5 minutes by car from the apartment you can reach the Menaggio&Cadenabbia golf club – the second oldest Golf Course in Italy.
If you like to walk from Croce there are a variety of hiking possibilities, from easy walks for families to the more difficult ones for skilled hikers.

Perfect house for spending time together

Eva was an amazing host for her lovely home. It is the perfect house to spend time together. We had eight people, and there was lots of space to sleep and great spaces to hang out together, eat together, and relax together. Eva even made croissants for my son’s birthday, which were the most delicious croissants! The only negative isn’t about the house, but driving around the area was a bit stressful as the roads are tight. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a place to relax and enjoy being in Italy!

Family Getaway to celebrate a 30th anniversary

Our family of 7 enjoyed staying in this apartment which had nice views of Menaggio and Lake Como. The apartment was immaculate. Our kids enjoyed hiking up the mountain on a nearby trail. We took the ferry to Varenna & Bellagio. We hiked to a castle in Varenna and were rewarded with spectacular views in addition to the castle tour. There are falconry demonstrations there as well. We highly recommend the Bar Gelateria just a short walk from the apartment (it’s run by Eva & her husband)😀

Découverte lac de Côme

Très bon accueil d’Eva et sa famille La maison est très bien équipée avec une belle vue sur le lac De Menaggio nous avons loué un bateau sans permis pour voir les villages côté lac et avons pris le ferry pour visiter Bellagio et Varenna. Nous avons préféré Varenna, trop de monde à Bellagio Il faut y aller hors saison estivale

Week-end en famille

1 long week-end de Pentecôte tres agréable en famille. Nous etions 8. 6 adultes 2 enfants 1 toutou.. Une maison tres agréable et tres bien équipée avec terrasse et jardi . Tres jolie vue dégagée. Ce qui a rendj agréable notre séjour au bird du lac de Côme endroit magnifique.

Spacious, Comfortable and Peaceful

Eva and Sara were incredible hosts! Eva greeted our group of 5 upon arrival and was ready at our disposal to help with any issues that came up (thankfully none!) This rental unit was extremely clean and spacious to allow for all of us to have our own rooms and privacy. There's a nice terrace and patio to walk out onto depending on the floor you're on. The locations is nice and quiet away from the town by about an 8 minute drive or so up from the base. There was even a bottle of champagne in the fridge to greet us on arrival. Make sure when you visit to book some time out on the lake with one of the local boat rental companies. Between the apartment accommodations, the hosts and the boat ride, our stay at the lake will forever stay with us as an unforgettable experience! Thanks again for everything Sara and Eva!

I rented a place because we were 6 people with kids. At arrival I've found the house very clean, brand new... fully equipped from kitchen to bath room with many little attention that make the difference. The Owner and her friend who spoke very well English were very warm people. I would definitely recommend this place for the view, the comfort and the price.... Gregory Pezzatti
