Bright villa, warm and comfortable house with character, for 13 people, sea view or flower garden on enclosed wooded land of 600 m2, completely renovated with two beautiful furnished outdoor terraces, south exposure, lots of charm; House of 210 m2 on three levels comprising large living room of 40m2, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs (2 of which are independent), games room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room (LL + SL + 2nd fridge); very well equipped, comfortable. Quiet location.

Ideal location, close proximity (300m) beach and shops. Markets on Wednesday and Saturday. Everything on foot.
