In the heart of the Golf, on a private wooded plot of 1100 m2, our house consists of 2 parental suites and an independent bedroom, a living room opening onto a large terrace on stilts offering views of the golf course and the forest.

Ideal for golfers in all seasons (9 and 18 hole courses open all year round), but also for families wishing to enjoy the joys of swimming and nautical sports at the lake and the ocean as well as the cycling domain. .

TrĂšs belle maison

La maison est trÚs agréable. Les propriétaires sont trÚs sympas. Le cadre avec la belle terrasse vue sur le Golf est trÚs apaisant. Les matelas sont au top : nous avons dormis comme des bébés. La cuisine est bien équipée. Bref : nous avons vraiment apprécier notre séjour (2 couples + 1 ado). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Jolie maison au cƓur du golf de Biscarrosse

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli. Le sĂ©jour s’est bien passĂ© dans ce cadre vraiment calme et arborĂ©. La piscine Ă©tait indispensable car il a fait trĂšs chaud (24 degrĂ©s Ă  l’arrivĂ©e un peu juste, elle est montĂ©e Ă  26 au fur et Ă  mesure). La proximitĂ© du lac nĂ©cessite tout de mĂȘme d’ĂȘtre vĂ©hiculĂ©. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et la terrasse est gigantesque. Le jardin est sĂ©curisĂ© et clĂŽturĂ©. La vue golf est un plus mais il est vrai que tout les matins avant 8.00h , les engins d’entretien sont bel et bien prĂ©sents. Peut ĂȘtre prĂ©voir l’installation de volets ou de la climatisation pour que ce soit la perfection. Nous reviendrons prochainement.

Excellent séjour dans une jolie maison sur pilotis avec le calme des pins et une piscine toute neuve pour se rafraßchir. TrÚs bien équipé. TrÚs propre. Excellent séjour.

Cadre trÚs agréable, calme et bien situé

La maison est bien agencĂ©e avec deux espaces nuit & sanitaire distinct permettant Ă  chacun d'avoir son "espace de tranquillitĂ©". La terrasse en bois au bord du golf est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour se relaxer et la piscine chauffĂ©e assure une tempĂ©rature acceptable mĂȘme en pĂ©riode de mauvais temps (26° dans l'eau alors qu'il faisait plusieurs degrĂ©s en moins dehors). Les seuls petits points nĂ©gatifs sont le bruit des appareils d'entretien du golf le matin, qui ne durent heureusement pas longtemps, et un Ă©quipement de cuisine qui pourrait ĂȘtre plus complet/moderne, comme une plaque de cuisson Ă  induction plutĂŽt que vitro-cĂ©ramique, mais globalement c'est bien Ă©quipĂ© et agrĂ©able. Dernier point, pour bien profiter de la rĂ©gion n'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  louer un vĂ©lo Ă©lectrique ; les pentes sont assez fortes Ă  proximitĂ© de la maison et pour rejoindre l'ocĂ©an, ça vaut le coup pour profiter de la rĂ©gion.

Villa en pleine nature idéalement située

Villa trÚs agréable en plein coeur de la foret à proximité des pistes cyclables, du lac et à 10 km de l'océan. Calme assuré (sauf le matin avec l'entretien du golf mais sur un court instant).
