Fenced parking with remote controlled barrier. Beach at 300m, marina with grocery store, restaurants and multimedia point at 200m. Town with all shops at 3km.
Villa equipment: Air conditioning, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds, 1 living room with double sofa bed. TV with TNT Sat satellite, freezer, microwave, mini-oven, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, iron, washing machine, barbecue, garden furniture.
