All about location

This place is definitely about location! You are right across the street from Sugar Mtn Ski Resort. The condo's kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The place was clean. Only compliant is its getting a little long in the tooth and could really use some TLC. There are no lights in the rooms except a lamp, Mattresses were horrible, and the chairs in den were wicker rockers(very uncomfortable after a day of skiing).

These condos used to have fireplaces

The unit is close to the first hole of the golf course, that was nice. We did not like the the sliding doors- they were so fogged up (between the glass) a person could not see the pond behind the unit. they need to be changed. you

Ok at best

I have stayed in this unit 2 times now and it was never nice but it's worse now. There are too many broken things to list on here. Between the dirtiness and the mold in the showers the place is just horrible.
