New 2014 Provencal style house located in a small quiet subdivision on the edge of the towns of Calvi and Calenzana, 3km from the beaches, 6km from the GR20 and 8km from the airport.
We have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, the citadel of Calvi and a small sea view.
Nearby (1km) you will find bakery / patisserie, a fitness center, a newly created municipal swimming pool.

Logement fidèle à la description (équipements, agencement). Il est situé à proximité de Calvi, dans un quartier calme. Dans cette maison mitoyenne, l’entrée arrière permettant aux voisins d’accéder à leur logement est discrète et bien pensée. Alles war wunderbar

Es hat alles super geklappt. Danke Patrick für den Lageplan. Danke auch an Rizlaine, die nach dem Unwetter zur Stelle war und mit Hilfe des Nachbarn das Tor geöffnet hat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie liegt zentral und man erreicht in der Hauptsaison die Städte Calvi und Ile Rousse innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Es gibt sehr viele schöne Strände in der Region. Wir kommen gerne wieder und lassen uns von der Insel verzaubern.

Un séjour reposant

Maison confortable et bien équipée. L’accueil sur place a été formidable avec une dame très sympathique et arrangeante. Salon de jardin et pergola très agréables par ces fortes chaleurs. Tout au plus peut-on regretter un jardin très petit pour deux maisons mitoyennes et donc deux voitures à garer. Par ailleurs il vaut mieux ne pas oublier le pain car la voiture (ou un vélo) est indispensable pour tout, rien à proximité immédiate pour se ravitailler.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe von Calvi und biete eine sehr gute Ausgangsposition für viele Unternehmungen. Das Objekt liegt in einen Wohnviertel, sehr ruhige Lage und war sehr sauber. Perfekt um sich wohlzufühlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in idealer Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut (endlich mal ein Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Töpfen und Pfannen). Die Terrasse mit den Loungemöbeln, dem großen Eßtisch und dem Blick in die Berge ist toll! Ideal ist auch die Lage: zu den Stränden von Calvi sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Auf dem Rückweg vom Strand kommt man an einem sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt inkl. frischer Fleischtheke und Bäcker vorbei, so dass man hierfür kaum Zeit verliert. Danke an Carole, die sich auf unsere Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeiten eingestellt hat und uns herzlich empfangen hat. Danke auch an Patrick, der immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf unsere eMails geantwortet hat! Merci beaucoup!

Maison très agréable

Maison récente, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, décorée avec goût, dans un petit lotissement très calme. Une très belle terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. Un accueil très sympathique sur place. Location que je recommanderais volontiers.

Maison moderne et fonctionnelle

Très belle maison. Tout y est propre et en bon état. La communication avec le propriétaire était impeccable et facile. L'accueil charmant ! Et conseils efficaces et adaptés à la composition familiale. La confiance propriétaire/locataire était de la partie, un plaisir ça ! Le lave-vaisselle en panne a été remplacé aussi vite que possible. Situation proche de la plage (où on peut se garer sans souci). Et pas de moustique (ils restent dans les camping proches de la mer). Climatisation manquante mais cela fait partie des travaux à venir. A recommander.
