About this property

Comfy and open beach bungalow! 1 block to ocean!

Located in DESIRABLE North end of brigantine! Bring the whole family! 1800 sq feet! Room for grandma and grandpa too! 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, bonus room with trundle bed. Sleeps up to 7, the MAX is 6 ADULTS, 1 child. 1 king bedroom en-suite, 1 queen size room, 1 bunk bed bedroom (with crib) 1 Bonus room with day/trundle bed.
Big beautiful deck, have a cocktail at night while listening to the waves crash. Fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook or enjoy your take out. Oversized kitchen table. 1 block to beach, comes with 6 beach passes(under 12 free), 6 beach chairs, and a beach caddy/cart for your use. 1/2 block to children’s playground.

3 TVs with firesticks. We have an app with full cable and sports (pretty much any game you can desire), you are able to sign in and use your own apps if you wish. No purchases allowed.

2 car driveway

Walking distance to Pirates Den, Nature Preserve, WaWa, SoulBerri, Yannis. 10 minute car ride to Atlantic City.


Air conditioning, brand new units in each room.

Washer/Dryer

Must bring your own linens, towels and beach towels. Comforters and pillows provided. Must bring own toilet paper and paper towels.

Dogs allowed on a case by case basis. If booking with multiple dogs, there will be an additional cleaning fee for each pet. Please email and we will discuss.

There is absolutely NO smoking on the property, and NO open flame of any sort, this includes fire pits, fireworks, torches, candles.

If you are in violation of ANY of the house policies, your reservation will be cancelled immediately, and you will be asked to vacate without a refund.

Crib in one of bedrooms, as well as a pack and play for use.

Great Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our stay here in Brigantine! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and best of all — a very short walk to the beach! The owners were prompt with their responses, and very helpful. We are already anticipating staying again next summer.

Great location

We stayed at a Sydney’s house for a week and it was fantastic. Our party included four kids ages 1year-5years. Location and beach access are easy with children in tow. The beach was great for the infants as well as the adults!

Fantastic House

What a great house! Very affordable, very clean and very spacious. Location is amazing. Only a 5 minute walk to beach. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future. Communication with the owner was exceptional.

Great place!

Perfect for our girls weekend! The entrance to the beach at the end of the street was closed because it had a steep drop off, but we only had to walk 1 additional block to find an open entrance The house was clean and there was plenty of space. The owner recommended the farmera market and we loved that!

A Perfect Stay with the Family

The home was perfect! Clean, spacious, yet not too large to keep up with. Great that we were able to have our 2 small well trained dogs (11 and 8). The location was also wonderful. About 2 blocks from the beautiful sandy beach, actually, but still not far of a walk. The owner was gracious and friendly and I’d stay again if given the opportunity.

Off season rental enjoyment

The property was in good, clean shape and had plenty of indoor space for our group. We were also able to enjoy the porch, and the fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. The location was great - so close to the beach and very little traffic. When we had questions for the owner, she replied very quickly. She was also quite flexible and very accommodating. We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Great house for Brig beach stay

Great location in Brigantine with only a 1.5 block walk to an uncrowded beach (for NJ standards). Sydney was very easy to reach before and during the stay. The house was actually larger than we expected which was nice for our group which included an infant who was put to bed early. Kitchen is very usable as we cooked several meals and used the grill. Beach tags, beach chairs and a cart were available which made for easy trips to the beach (even with someone toting the baby).

Lovely 2 Weeks

We had a lovely 2 weeks at this property. It was perfect for our family of 4....3 bedrooms and a cute little tv alcove where our son could set up his xbox. We brought our dog and the fenced in backyard was great for bathroom breaks. The dog beach is also about 10 blocks away, which was perfect for morning/evening walks with her. The regular beach is an easy walk with lifeguards right at the end of the block. We also discovered the fantastic farmers market on Saturday mornings, which is located at the school just at the end of the block. All in all it was a great trip!

So close to the beach

The house was a great size for o ur family of 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs! The bedrooms and cling area in separate sides of the house were great for children going to bed earlier than adults. And the walk to the beach was so quick! This was our second stay in Brigantine and love the island!

Brigantine gem by the sea

The house was roomy and well kept. It was spacious and allowed us to be together and yet facilitate private time as needed. Located a short walk from the beach in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. The rental manager was wonderful to work with. Looking forward to returning next year!

Just perfect!

What a wonderful vacation we had! The house is lovely and was spotless upon our arrival. There is plenty of room for the family to spread out and everything was so comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and they, too, loved lazing on the front deck. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach and the school playground. Communication with Sydney could not have been any better - so friendly and responsive. We definitely plan on a return visit!

Great stay

House was clean and had amenities included. Beach was just a short walk away with farmers market and playground close as well. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning and evenings (bug spray is a must).
