As you venture to the main level, you'll find three cozy bedrooms adorned with comfort and style. A beautifully appointed bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, accessible to all rooms, ensuring everyone's convenience and privacy.

But the surprises don't end there! The lower level boasts an impressive bedroom featuring an incredible lounge area. This versatile space serves as a haven for both kids and adults alike, allowing for playful activities or a much-needed retreat to unwind after a long day of exploring. Please note that this room doesn't have a window, offering a cozy atmosphere perfect for restful nights.

We understand the importance of staying connected, even when you're away from home. That's why we provide high-speed WiFi access, ensuring that you can effortlessly keep in touch with loved ones or stream your favorite shows during your stay. In addition, we've taken care to equip our retreat with all the essential amenities you would find in your own home, so you can focus on creating wonderful memories without a worry.

Parking will be a breeze, with ample space available on both the driveway and the street. This ensures that you and your guests can easily come and go as you explore the captivating wonders of Seattle.

House Rules:

- We strive to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Please remember that you will be staying in a home. Therefore, we ask you respect and follow the house rules closely and treat our space the same way you treat your own.

- Generally, parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Small gatherings during the daytime are acceptable when done with care. Anything beyond that needs prior written approval. It may be possible to obtain permission to host a party; contact us to learn more.

- Only the number of guests in the booking are allowed to stay overnight in the house. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.

- This home is designed to allow self check in/check out at your leisure.

- Guest has access to the entire home minus the garage.

- Our neighborhood is a residential street with lovely neighbors and we respectfully require that quiet hours be observed from 9pm to 8am.

- Please no shoes inside the house as this keeps our floors looking nicer for longer.

- We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the property, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances; breaking this rule will incur a $500/day fine.

- If you're bringing a pet, please disclose at the time of booking. No more than 4 pets are allowed at one time.

- Pets are not allowed on the furniture

- Pets are never to be left inside the property unattended.

- Pets are not use any of the kitchenware (plates, bowls, cups, etc…)

- Please clean up after your pet. We will charge $150 for every extra hour of cleaning required and the security deposit will be charged for any damages.

- If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $150. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.

- If house is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $150 for every extra hour of cleaning required.

- If the house requires additional cleaning or repairs due to the condition in which it was left, resulting in missed bookings, a fee of $350 per day for each blocked day will be charged to cover the lost revenue.

- We employ video surveillance in public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests.

- If you plan to stay more than 7 days and require additional cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional cleaning charge, depending on the number of cleanings. We will coordinate to find a convenient time.

- If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.

- Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guest agrees to hold harmless the property owner and those in their employ and same will not be held responsible or liable for any accident, injuries, or claims by the tenant(s) or their guests. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

- When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
