Quiet house, hiking trails, swimming pool, relaxation

Cottage of 45 m2 with one bedroom (plus a sofa bed) located in the countryside in a quiet hamlet, the property adjoins pleasant hiking trails in the forest (along the Canal de la Villate). The owner's house is almost adjacent, the property is completely non-smoking (inside and out). Shared owners shared pool, the pool is fenced. On site, we have a large henhouse and a huge permaculture garden (possibility to buy vegetables and fresh eggs depending on availability). A few kilometers from Pompadour and amenities.
