First Time in Snowmass

Great property. Check-in was easy, especially helpful was Hugo who went above and beyond. Easy access to shuttle with connection to free bus to and from Aspen. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

Fantastic Stay!!

This beautiful property was perfect for our family vacation, with plenty of space for spending time together or enjoying some privacy. The gourmet kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and entertaining. Deck is huge and a great place to hang out and enjoy nice village and mountain views. The location is perfect, with restaurants and groceries minutes away and an easy drive into Aspen. Courtney with Snowmass Mountain Lodging provided all the details we needed to know before arrival and offered concierge services for anything we might want to arrange to make our visit perfect. Overall, a fantastic stay! We couldn't have asked for anything more--and can't wait to return!!

Way below expectations

We had multiple things go wrong from the TV to the shower. Although staff was very nice they were no help. The stove top did not work until we had to call maintenance....again. No A/C in main living are or bedroom which on a 90 degree day was sorely needed.The furniture outside was beat-up as well as the furniture in the dining room. Would not recommend this rental until major repairs and upkeep are done.
