Brilliant holiday

The villa was exactly as described, close to the village with plenty of bars and restaurants which were still open despite it being late in the season. The villa was well equipped for everything you could want. Pascual and Pillar were very warm, welcoming and friendly. We would return again.

Fantastic Stay! We will come again!

I've just come back from staying at this property and I have to say that myself and my family were all very impressed! The property was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked a treat for a cool night's sleep. The downstairs accessible bedroom with en suite was brilliant too. I've been coming to the area for many years and was delighted to find this lovely property practically in the heart of the restaurants and bars, but not too close that you are on top of them. We were really happy with Pascual and Pilar who were both really friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be returning again next year, or maybe sooner if we can! Thank you Pascual and Pillar for your wonderful hospitality and we will see you again soon! Carol & Family :)

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus in San Juan de los Terreros namens FANI zu bleiben, und ich kann nur sagen, dass es eine absolut fantastische Erfahrung war! Das gesamte Haus war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Von Wifi über Klimaanlage bis hin zu Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer und sogar auf der Terrasse war alles vorhanden. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, das Bett super bequem, und die Aussicht vom Balkon war atemberaubend – ein perfekter Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, mit kristallklarem Wasser und feinem Sand, sowie zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die ruhige und sichere Umgebung macht es zu einem idealen Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Pool ist ein wahres Träumchen, um sich kurz zu erfrischen! Es ist an alles gedacht worden; der Vermieter hat sich wirklich viel Mühe gegeben und alles toll und liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Blumen in den schönsten Farben und einem gepflegten Garten mit einer kleinen Treppe, die in exakt drei Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt führt. Die beiden absolut zauberhaften Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und bereit, mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zu helfen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon darauf, meinen nächsten Urlaub hier wieder zu verbringen

Alles wie beschrieben - die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Location ist einfach klasse, die Lage optimal. Von der Sonnenterrasse ein schöner Meeresblick. Optimal auch die überdachte Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Sehr sauber und komplett für mind. 8 Personen liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne und bestimmt wieder.

Pascual nous a accueilli à notre arrivée tardive et nous a donné de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est très bien située proche de tout : la mer, les commerces, les restos les bars. Elle est très jolie et très fonctionnelle nous étions 7 et tout était parfait. Tout l'équipement dont on peut avoir besoin est là ! Merci pour nous avoir permis de passer 2 belles semaines de vacances.

Vielen Dank Pascual und Pilar für die sehr nette und freundliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir waren von dem Haus sehr begeistert. Es war sehr sauber, bot genug Platz und die Lage hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Im Ort waren trotz Nebensaison fast alle Geschäfte und Lokale geöffnet. Der Supermarkt war für uns perfekt, günstig und sehr gut sortiert. Alles in allen ein phantastischer Urlaub.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Maison conforme aux photos, confortable et très propre. Magnifique terrasse avec une belle petite piscine et grand barbecue. Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Kleiner Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Internet fällt manchmal kurz aus. War aber kein Problem. TV perfekt. Fast alle Deutschen Sender über Sat. Flachbild TV 42"! Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Am Ortsrand gelegen unweit vom Supermarkt.(Eurospar) Preise fair. Herrlich Strände in der Nähe. Fast alle Restaurants waren geöffnet. Günstige Mittagsmenüs um die 10,- Schöner überdachter Stellplatz am Haus. Vorsicht bei der Auffahrt. Nur rückwärts rauffahren und schön langsam sonst setzt das Auto auf!!! Wir hätten im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder gebucht. Leider schon belegt.... Sonntags ist Markt im Ort. Lohnt sich!! Das Wetter war perfekt. Viel Sonne und angenehme Temperaturen. Zum Überwintern perfekt!!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la maison Fani. La situation est parfaite même pour des personnes sans véhicule. Tout est à proximité, supermarché, plage, bar restaurants. Et la maison est située dans un quartier calme. Pascual et Pilar sont des hôtes fort agréables, réactifs et prévenants. Facilité pour les arrivées et les départs. Maison propre, bien équipée; il ne manque rien, il y en a même en trop! La wifi fonctionne très bien, la piscine est agréable....en résumé , nous nous sommes régalés ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour....et c'est sûr, nous reviendrons !

Fantastic find for the perfect family holiday

Booked this villa at fairly short notice and we werent disappointed. The description doesnt do justice to the amazing property that is a stones throw from resturants and beaches. The host in our first communication with him told us a car wasnt essential and this is the case, with resturants and supermarket practically on the doorstep. The villa was amazingly clean and modern with everything we needed. Plenty of cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment. Fully met the needs of our family of 4 with room for more if required. Outside space was fantastic, allowing for outside dining and relaxing. The area itself was typically Spanish. Loads of lovely resturants to choose from. Hosts are French but we managed through the language barrier and were met with basic essentials and icecreams. The pool area was immaculate and well maintained throughout the stay. Plenty of lovely areas to sunbathe with the sun terrace having a lovely breeze. Excellant base for exploring the area, but equally plenty to do within walking distance. The villa is a GEM of a find and we will definately returning. Relaxing for us all.
