A little oasis in the city with two bedrooms!

This apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by beautiful gardens, parks and universities. People living in the building all year round and are friendly and caring for neighbors.

The lovely garden set in a patio where you can enjoy the sun, have a barbecue lunch or dinner with all the privacy.

The courtyard is the heart of the apartment, surrounded by a small garden with automatic irrigation, natural composting center and seating area with umbrella.

Here are several flowers, small shrubs, as well as blueberries, raspberries and passion fruit, there is a composter for self sufficiency of soil fertilization.

Fully equipped and furnished, with 2 single beds and a 2 person also has a sofa bed, two maiples,internet wireless 16 MB, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, table and chairs. A kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, mixer, coffee maker, iron vacuum cleaner, combined cylinder and double refrigerator, the flat is full equiped.
The bathroom has a sink with cupboard, toilet, tub and bidet. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and clothesline.

Nos ha gustado.

Un apartamento y ideal para dos parejas. Situado en un lugar tranquilo y no muy retirado del centro (3,4 km) No hubo ningún problema a nuestra llegada ni durante la estancia. El equipamiento del apartamento muy correcto. Lo único que se echó en falta una tostadora de pan. A treinta metros del apartamento hay un pequeño supermercado que viene muy bien para alguna pequeña compra. Muy satisfechos en general.

Großzügige Wohnung mit lauschiger Terrasse

Das Domizil befindet sich inmitten eines Wohngebietes, es finden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige Restaurants (unser Tipp für delikate portugiesische Küche: Restaurante Pombeiro). Mit der Metro (ca. 10min Fußweg) oder mit dem Bus (Haltestelle nur wenige Meter vom Haus) gelangt man günstig und schnell ins Zentrum oder ans Meer. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Schlafmöglichkeiten haben für uns (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) sehr gut gepasst. Die Küche bietet eine gute Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Geräten, die Geschirrbestände sind allerdings etwas knapp (nur wenige Tassen und Gläser). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Bon séjour, appartement conforme aux photos du site

L'appartement est bien situé, correctement meublé. Juste revoir le micro-onde fonctionnel mais détérioré et ajouter des couverts et des verres. Manque un lave-vaisselle, et sans place de parking, pas toujours simple de se garer. Accueil par Paula, très agréable, elle présente la ville de Porto et indique les sites touristiques.

Ideal place to stay in beautiful Porto

We, a mature couple from Russia, stayed in this apartment for nearly a month, and would be happy to extend our stay if we could. The apartment is better than described - very roomy, spotlessly clean, ingeniously decorated, and with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice spacious bathroom. But the real jewel is a charming little garden full of lush vegetation, exotic plants and flowers, even birds singing in the morning! We will never forget it, and would love to return one day. The location is good, the neighbourhood is calm, nice-looking and absolutely safe. Several cafés, restaurants and supermarkets are at a walking distance. Overall, this property is highly recommended both for short and long stays in Porto.

L'appartement avec jardin très bien placé

L'appartement est très bien placé et très fonctionnell. Il contient tout ce dont on a besoin Avec un accueil très convivial, Marcelo m'a fait faire le tour du propriétaire. En vraie guide touristique, il m'a proposé des sorties, activités, à l'aide du guide qu'il a réalisé. Ses conseils culinaires sont précieux : les petits restaus sont sympas et pas chers. Je reviendrai !

Großzügige, im Sommer schön kühle Wohnung mit nettem Garten.

Wohnung bietet genügend Platz und ist gut eingerichtet. Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich aber ausreichend für 5 Personen. Die Lage ist ruhig mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man muss zur U-Bahn etwas laufen an einem Autobahnzubringer vorbei, aber dann ist man in Porto gut angebunden. Nette Restaurants im Viertel, die man aber etwas suchen muss. Alles in allem: empfehlenswert.

Superbe appartement

Magnifique accueil de Marcelo, aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Superbe appartement décoré avec gout. Très bien équipé, très fonctionnel. A recommander sans hésitation. La terrasse est un petit paradis.

très bien .....facile pour les transports ......attention a l'aéroport un (taxi) nous a accosté pour nous rentre sur place au final il a voulut nous arnaquer... il faut prendre le métro ou un vrai taxi ......... je repartirai dans ce logement sans aucune hésitation

Il ya des chauffeurs de taxi sans façons , devrait immédiatement signaler ce genre d'abus . Quand puis-je avouer que je porte mes clients à l'aéroport , mais la meilleure façon est même sous terre . TRES BIEN SITUEE, CALME ET BIEN ENTRETENUE

Cette location est trés bien située pour aller dans le centre de Porto, prés des bus , du métro et des commerces . Son jardin intérieur fait tout son charme. elle est située dans un rue calme , elle est bien équipée et propre . Accueil et conseils chaleureux du propriétaire. à recommander.
