Beautiful villa located in the Sesmarias area, at a distance of 800mts from Castelo beach. It was completely renovated in 2009, this property has comfort and convenience for 4 people. Situated on a slight slope the house offers beautiful views towards the sea. Being single-storey, it therefore has special conditions for people with reduced mobility. The whole area surrounding the house is quiet and peaceful, providing a comfortable environment for your vacation. It has a simple but refreshing decor. For the comfort of the guests, the house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room (extra charge of € 5 / night, if requested). The living room is spacious and has direct access to the garden and pool. The kitchen is modernly equipped.
