Comfortable and bright house, in a quiet environment and facing south over a garden.
134 m² of living space on the ground on 700 m² of enclosed land and can accommodate 8 people + 1 baby.

Eine erholsame Woche am Meer

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen aus. Diesmal sogar mit 8 Personen. Groß und klein haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Der Strand ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und wunderschön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! 😊

Confort minimum.

La maison était froide et les chambres humides. Il a fallu régler au maximum les radiateurs électriques (électricité payante en sus du loyer). La salle de bain avec baignoire/douche sans poignée pour se tenir avait des moisissures dans les joints. Sans wc, elle était rudimentaire. Le minuscule coin douche séparé par un rideau dans une chambre servait d’alibi. Côté cuisine, la hotte ne fonctionnait pas. Les lits doubles de 140 cm nous ont mis à l’étroit! Par contre la plage et ses dunes étaient magnifiques, heureusement.

Unkomplizierte Buchung Freundliche und sehr hilfs bereiter Empfang durch die Hausbetreuerung. Auch die Vermieter haben bei kleinem Problem mit dem Internet sofort reagiert und Hilfe organisiert. Schönes Haus mit großem Garten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Meernähe! Hecke zum Weg muss noch wachsen.

Schöne Ferien - Empfehlung

Entgegen der Erwartung waren 2 Toiletten vorhanden. Bei dem Grundrisss der Beschreibung war nur eine Toilette vorhanden. Schönes großes Haus gute Lage sauber netter Empfang und Abschied Erneuerungsbedarf bei der Dunstabzugshaube (defekt) Danke.

Eine sehr schöne Woche in der Normandie*****

Perfekt! Von der Unterkunft in dem modern eingerichteten Haus, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlen, bis zur Ausstattung, welches keine Wünsche offenbarte, bis zur der wunderschönen Umgebung des kleine Örtchen Lingreville: Der Strand ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen und gehörte jetzt zu dieser Jahreszeit quasi uns allein. Die Enkel bauten Sandburgen ohne Ende und genossen jede Sekunde! Neben diversen Ausflügen nach Granville, Mont St. Michel und St.Malo wurde das Urlaubserlebnis perfekt abgerundet. Ich/Wir würden diese schöne Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen!!

Maison impeccable avec tout le necessaire

Belle location fonctionnelle, avec vrai jardin où se tenir à l’ombre , manger , jouer ….à 500 m de la plage peu fréquentée. Zone très calme . Seule la télévision récalcitrante nous aura gêné ainsi qu’une téléphonie catastrophique pour abonnés Free . Ceci n’a pas gâché notre séjour un peu frais mais dont nous sommes revenus enchantés . Accueil sympathique et conciergerie quatre étoiles ! On y reviendra volontiers.

L'emplacement près de la mer, divers sentiers de randonnées juste à côté en fond une location très agréable. Carole qui nous a accueilli est très souriante et bien gentille, une jolie maison lumineuse, bien équipée, très propre. Un grand jardin ou ont pu jouer les enfants, la zone pavillonnaire est calme. Je garde l'adresse précieusement ....

Ein tolles Haus! Herbsturlaub!

Ein sehr gemütliche und vollständig eingerichtetes Haus. Die Betten waren super gemütlich. Bettbezüge in so großen Größen hatten wir leider nicht für alle Bettdecken. Deshalb haben wir einige Bettdecken selber mitgebracht. Der Weg zum Meer war kurz und einfach. Ein kleiner nich so praktischer Punkt ist, dass es nur eine Toilette gab. Das gab einigemale etwas „Stau“. 😉 Leider ist während unseres Urlaubs der Warmwasser Tank kaputt gegangen. die Reparatur konnte nicht sofort durchgeführt werden. Daher ist der Vermieter uns großzügig mit dem Preis entgegen gekommen. Und hat sich mehrmals entschuldigt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, und würden immer gerne wieder kommen.

Perfekt ausgestattet für einen guten Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich nahezu perfekt, besonders in der Küche. Wir hatten selten so viele und hochwertige Töpfe, Schneidemesser etc. Lediglich bei voller Belegung mit 8 Personen könnten die Teller evtl. knapp werden. Was uns auch sehr gut gefiel war die Garage, die in diesem Haus quasi als Multifunktionsraum fungiert. Hier sind Waschmaschine und Trockner untergebracht, es gibt ein extra Spülbecken einen großen Wäscheständer mit genügend Wäscheklammern, viele Regale mit diversen nützlichen Dingen( Sonnenschirme, Federballspiel und andere Spielsachen. Hier ist auch der Grill untergebracht, den wir allerdings wegen der extremen Trockenheit nicht benutzt haben.( Er war leider von den Vorbenutzern auch nicht gesäubert worden!) Ebenso konnten/brauchten wir bei über 30 Grad den Kaminofen nicht benutzen, aber bei kühleren Temperaturen ist es sicher sehr gemütlich vor dem Ofen. Die Schlafzimmer waren schön und geräumig und die Matratzen waren ausgesprochen bequem! Auch die Badezimmer waren sehr schön, allerdings dürfte es mit nur einer Toilette bei 8 Personen etwas eng werden. Wir waren zu viert und ich denke, dass das Haus auch perfekt für 4-6 Personen geeignet ist. Uns war eigentlich nur ein negativer Punkt an dem Haus aufgefallen, und zwar gleich bei der Ankunft. Die ca. 2 Meter hohe Hecke zur Straße hin, die auf den Fotos noch zu sehen war, gibt es nicht mehr! Es wurde ein Ersatz gepflanzt aus sehr schönen unterschiedlichen Büschen, die allerdings erst ca. 50-60 cm hoch waren. Das heißt, dass der Garten von der Straße aus voll einsehbar ist. Das hat uns anfangs sehr gestört, aber wir haben uns bald daran gewöhnt, zumal in dieser Straße sowieso nicht viel los ist, weder an Fußgängern ,noch an Autos. Und spätestens übernächstes Jahr wird die Hecke wohl auch eine angenehme Höhe haben. Ein aktuelleres Foto vom Garten wäre vielleicht hilfreich. Auf jeden Fall haben wir unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus und die ruhige Umgebung sehr genossen. Und den relativ nahen Strand nicht zu vergessen. Wunderbar!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, sauber, mit großem Platzangebot incl. Garten, sehr guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage in einem Wohnviertel, fußläufig ca. 400 Meter zum Strand. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Dame bei der problemlosen Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Vielen Dank für das tolle Angebot.

C'est parfait, quoique les housses de couettes ne sont pas fournies

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Tout à disposition (ampoules de rechange, produits d'entretien, pastilles lave-vaisselle, barbecue avec charbon, buchettes, produits d'allumage) etc... 500 m d'une belle plage, commerces à proximité en voiture, très belle région. Accueil très sympatique de l'hotesse (Super Carole).
