Are you seeking peace and serenity while also needing convenience to downtown Chattanooga? This property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with a 180° view of Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga Valley. This apartment is newly constructed and showcases a farmhouse design. Located South of St. Elmo, this destination is only minutes away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more.

The entire house was recently remodeled and newly furnished with a beautiful farmhouse design! It has high-speed wireless internet and there is a large smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a smart TV as well. This home has a large covered porch to enjoy the beautiful mountain view that this property has to offer.

This is an upstairs/top addition that has its own separate access. There is a basement unit below and the main house is connected on the right but there is no way to access the other units from inside. All three units have their own private entrances. Please observe quiet hours after 10PM to be courteous of others in the unit below or to the right as they will do likewise.

**Please note; the Goats are seasonally on the property. They will not always be there.**

Lovely stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay: beautiful views of Lookout Mt., convenience of Chattanooga, and a charming and clean lodging. We would happily return to Magnolia in the future.

Nice Stay

Very nice, updated and modern, nice amenities as well. Host was communicative through the whole stay, really enjoyed myself. Very comfortable. Great view Lookout Mountains.

Wedding weekend

Great property and location. Multiple properties on the same site for large family or groups of friends to stay together. We had a small maintenance issue with our rental and Brianna and her staff were extremely attentive to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, peaceful

Needed a quiet space with enough room to accommodate my husband and I to visit with my daughter and 2 grandkids visiting from Connecticut. We visited Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline. All were so close and very little traffic to get from one to another. The hose was great and so very much enjoyed the tranquility of the porch. We will definitely will be visiting again.
