Les Trois Pins is a little paradise with an exceptional view, located at the crossroads of Cannes, Grasse, Nice and Saint Paul de Vence, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, its old villages and the hills.
In a natural amphitheater delimited by trees and terraced gardens, the view is spectacular over the Loup valley. The exceptional atmosphere created by the property is conducive to a complete change of scenery.

Golfers will appreciate its ideal strategic position, surrounded by several golf courses within a radius of 5 km.
Paragliders will be able to go to the heights of the village to fly over the magnificent region. Canyoning enthusiasts will depart just a few minutes from the villa.

The main house offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a master suite, a large living room and a large dining room with panoramic views opening onto a terrace.
Ideal for all meals in summer, a large outdoor table protected by a natural vine pergola will welcome the whole family, overlooking the swimming pool area.

Beautiful family home

We enjoyed the house very much. We were with 9 adults and the five bedrooms gave us plenty of space. The pool is great. It is not heated but the sun made the temperature just right. Good beds near the pool, really nice! We enjoyed several things: the view is beautiful, the table outside is a great gathering place and the sofa outside was the place to be late at night to view the starry night. Nearby are some great villages: we loved Grasse, just 15 minutes away. We did our groceries and got our baguettes at Chateauneuf-Grasse, just 10 minutes away. The host was great; she responded real quick when we had some questions and she made us feel welcome. All in all, a great vacation address!

Photos mensongères et Tromperie sur la qualité du bien

De déception en déception : - portails d’entrées arrachés et cassés - terrasse extérieure sale et très abîmée - mobilier d extérieur vétuste, abîmé et sale - manque des propreté intérieure et extérieur indegnable …. Aucun entretien des extérieurs ( tonte, désherbage, élagage, barbecue, plancha, terrasse, allée piétonne …) - escalier menant à la piscine fortement dégradé et non sécurisé - literie de mauvaise qualité et tachée - trou dans le plafond …. Bref … état de dégradation général et manque d entretien général ! Tarif exorbitant pour ce bien ! Seul point positif du séjour … vue imprenable sur le village de Bar sur Loup

Superbes vacances !

Fraîchement revenu de ce magnifique séjour dans cette villa, je vous fais par de mon expérience : Superbe région ! le guide fournis par Catherine était clair et complet, cela nous a bien aider pour programmer les différentes activités de notre groupe. Nous avons énormément profité de la piscine qui est exposée au soleil du matin au soir et ça c'étais un réel plaisir ! Les couchages sont top (mention spéciale pour le lit 180). Rien à redire, le séjour était au top, en plus d'une excellente communication avec Catherine. Je recommande vivement !
