About this property
Newly furnished 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo* *Winter Texan special**
This newly furnished 1st floor condo, is only a short 2 minute walk from the beach and conveniently located near great restaurants. The property also has a convenience store located on the same street for those quick runs for supplies. The interior is decorated throughout with modern beach accents and includes all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a day bed . There is plenty of storage for long term stays including a walk in closet and large dresser.
The second bedroom consists of full bunk beds. This room has a large sliding door closet and the second bathroom is located right outside the door, across the hall.
The living room/kitchen area is a spacious open concept area to relax after a long day at the beach. the dining table seats 6 people and the counter has an additional 3 stools.
Two parking spaces are provided in the front.

The property was what we expected
Clean, well furnished, great location. Close to beach, Free yellow bus route to anywhere on the Island and over to mainland if you want. Could easily stay there without a rental car if one desired.
