Please take good care of our home, great care was taken to make this one of the premium beach rentals for you to vacation in! Please only those 25 and only .

Enjoy beach and pool views from your balcony, great location with easy access to beach
Granite countertops, new appliances, sofa sleeper, standard size laundry, and large dining table with bench and chair seating for 6.

New Balcony with large ledge on railing for drinks and meals with retractable awning to provide much needed shade on those hot days! This is our favorite space and will be yours as well!

WIFI internet speeds to 100MB

3 smart TV's (65" in living room with sound bar and sub, 50" in Master with sound bar, 32" in 2nd bedroom.

Common area with heated pool, hot tub, patio loungers (private to the 4 units in complex)

6 heavy duty beach chairs and Neso shade along with some boogie boards, bocce ball and other games can be found in the Deck box as you enter the condo!


Master bedroom has memory/gel king mattress you will love, walk in closet and Master bath and large smart TV
2nd bedroom has queen bed, closet, smart TV and across the hall from 2nd full bathroom
Off street 2 car parking reserved space for the condo

Enjoy the islands free shuttle service. Walking/bike paths are well done and provide great access to bike the entire city limits, everything is close so get out and explore!

South Padre Island has great entertainment and dining options. Live music starts early afternoons at several establishments just off the beach. The entertainment district has several bars and restaurants on the bay with sunsets you will cherish! Many options from water parks, fishing peers, para sailing, jet ski rentals, horse back rides, the list goes on and on!


The Island has millions of migratory birds and sea turtles instinctively migrate to out shores each year.
Make sure to plan a visit to the birding center and Sea turtle inc.

Non-Smoking Policy: Our condo is fresh and clean, and we will keep it this way for all our guests!

Beach access is directly across the street, walk a couple blocks north on the beach to find Wanna Wanna beach bar and restaurant! Further down the beach you will come across the biggest beach deck in Texas at Claytons that has fireworks every Friday and Saturday nights starting at 9:15! Walk South on the beach to Palms Cafe for fine dining and great views!

Our beach access is less busy than most as its mostly single family and oceanfront homes. The large complexes are further south with the large hotels further north. Enjoy the islands free shuttle service to get around town or take one of the island taxi's which offer rales similar to Uber. This condo and location is perfect for a truly enjoyable vacation.

Location was fantastic! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. King size bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool every day. One thing to be aware of is that the unit is located on the second floor and it’s necessary to go up and down an outside staircase to get in and out of the unit.

Rob made the check in process super easy. The place was clean, neat and very close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the black out curtains helped us get some good sleep. Everyone really enjoyed it!

This was our second year staying at this condo. We love how close it's to the beach, literally a short walk. The view from the balcony is amazing and so much is provided to have a comfortable stay. Lovely beach house!

My husband, 2 little girls and I, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. The downstairs units had super nice guests in them and parking was easy! The place is also very comfortable and perfectly decorated for the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

First South Padre Trip

We had a very good time. The condo was as described with all we needed for our stay. The bus system was excellent, and the drivers were friendly and helpful as we acquainted ourselves with the island. There are many great restaurants and entertainment options. All in all, a great stay.

One of the best locations on the island!

Perfect vacation

We had an amazing vacation. Hurricane Beryl was a threat and Ron kept contact with me and adjusted the dates to make sure all was clear. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. (Even a collander and measuring cups) Recommend you do a dolphin cruise! Everyone has voted for a revisit!

Perfect location

The size and location were absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. The place had everything you could possibly need annd more. Kitchen was very well stocked with every anppliance you could need. Rob was very quick to answer any question and give suggestions. Being 3 seniors, we did a lot of walking the beach, also walking to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Even though we only used the pool and hot tub a couple times , both were clean and heated nicely.

Perfect Spring Break with the kids!

Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, linens, beach supplies. Bed was very comfortable, nice sheets and pillows. The pool is perfect - heated so temp was very comfortable and it has a lot of shade in the late afternoon when you need a break from the sun. Hot tub was nice because we had a couple of cooler days as well. Decor is also very nice which was a nice bonus to a beach vacation. Host was very responsive. Wonderful stay, we will absolutely come back here when we visit SPI.

Beautifully decorated comfortable Getaway place

The owner Rob and his wife have a lovely place close to a beach access. Just cross the street that runs along the beach properties and you can walk down the beach for good exercise. It’s has some interesting features inside such as drinking water dispenser, Ninja indoor grill, & well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels! Beautiful rugs with turtle designs to go with the turtle pictures in the master bedroom. Beds were comfortable!!Rob is an excellent communicator. If we had questions or comments, he answered them almost immediately or within a very reasonable time.Definitely would recommend this place for the comfortable extras it has, for the reason price.

Amazing!!!

I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was absolutely gorgeous. We had stopped prior to arriving to pick up information from the visitors center which was completely unnecessary as the owners had everything we needed from suggestions on restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again and again. Next time, I would pack less.

Good Accommodations, Communicative POC

We enjoyed our time at SPI at this well appointed condo. There was some construction happening but the owner was very communicative and worked with us and the contractor to ensure the pool was available and noise kept to a minimum. We really appreciated that. While chairs and other beach items were available, next time I’d bring my own but the Neso beach tent they had was awesome. Going to get one ourselves! We had a great time, and loved just having to share a pool with just a few families vs many in a larger unit.

Thank you so much for your review and feedback on the Neso shade and chairs. The salt life takes its toll and I have just ordered 6 new beach chairs after reading your feedback. The new chairs are higher quality and hopefully no one will feel the need to bring chairs when they stay at our condo.

Rob visited South Padre for the last 10 years to take advantage of the world class windsurfing and kiteboarding. He grew up in Southeast Minnesota and moved to Clear Lake Iowa after college, eventually making home in Minnesota until moving to Austin, Texas in 2014.

Holly quickly fell in love with South Padre and has learned to Kiteboard as well. She came to Austin, TX by way of Dallas, her home town, and has traveled the world with the company she started and manages developing leaders in business. She enjoys live music, kiting, SUP, biking, scuba diving, and new adventures.

We now live across the bay in Laguna Vista, Rob has his Captains license and offers boat charters for hire - specializing in finding dolphins cruising shorelines and interesting homes on the bay.

Rob and Holly are both IKO certified kite instructors and provide Kiteboarding and Wingboarding lessons in the bay with boat support. Combine your stay with a package deal and discounts on Boat for hire or wind sports!

Why they chose this property

As Renters we fell in love with this condo and purchased it to make our own little slice of paradise in the spring of 2018.

The view from the balcony overlooks the pool and surrounding palm trees. Better yet, it has a straight on view of the ocean's surf! From this balcony you will feel the sea breeze and hear the waves pounding the shore while an unobstructed ocean view will calm your soul.

From your front door, it's just 125 steps to the warm sandy beach that you have been viewing from the balcony.

We are centered in the middle of South Padre and believe it is the ideal location on the island. The small 4 unit complex has a homey, private feel while the view and easy access to the surf compares to much more expensive beachfront large complexes.

We found its just so easy to walk or bike down the designated paths, hit our favorite beach bars, restaurants, and live music from several venues.
Our favorites include Wanna Wanna for fresh ceviche which is only 2 blocks away and nice beach walk. Palms Cafe is also on the beach in the opposite direction and provides great breakfasts and dinners. On the Laguna Madre side of the island, sunsets are hard to beat from Laguna Bobs, BackYard Louie's, Lobo Del Mar, which all have live music!

The island also boasts the best Bird watching center in Texas - check it out!
Birds not your thing ? Check out the near by Turtle center or catch one of 4 movies playing at the theater that is on the same block ($5 Wednesday specials)

The family will enjoy our heated pool that is shared between the 4 condo's in this complex. Lounge chairs and grill sit alongside of the pool in a private fenced backyard with palm trees surrounding the area - a very relaxing place to spend time when not at the beach.
