What makes this property unique

Under floor heating, 8 A/C units, central vacuuming, separate laundry room with 9 kg washing machine and tumble dryer. Well equipped kitchen with all amenities such as induction hob, american freezer, ice machine, dish washer, dish drying cabinet and more.
In the very heart of the town, but with a lot of outdoor space (courtyard, sunrise terrace, sunset terrace, roof top terrace with pergola, hot tub, out door kitchen with both charcoal gasol barbecue.
