About this property

Jardines de Denia 3- 2 bedroom corner penthouse with aircon

This resort is located about 1.5 km from the center of Denia and just cross the coastal road to reach the sandy beaches. It has two large swimming pools with adjoining children's pools, changing rooms, toilets and showers. All apartments overlook the beautiful gardens and pools. The complex has its own tennis court (free). Each apartment has its own parking space. The complex is fully secured with remotely controllable doors. The gardens on the ground floor are fenced for extra security for children. In the same street you will find several restaurants. In total we have 3 apartments here (2x 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1x 2 bedroom penthouse), very popular for family holidays or winter rentals in longer term.
