In the residential area of the town of Sainte-Anne, this charming villa is located close to shops and the town.
Helleux Beach and Surf Spot (150 meters)
Bois Jolan Beach and KiteSurf Spot accessible on foot. Bourg and Caravelle beach (Club Med) 5 'by car.
Villa of 180m2, located in the heart of a wooded and landscaped plot of 1,800m2. You will be won over by its living spaces, both on the swimming pool front and on the spacious 80m2 terrace at the rear.

You will enjoy a friendly kitchen bar opening onto a covered terrace, overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Behind the kitchen, a large cellar will offer you a nice storage space.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a large air-conditioned bed with its bathroom and 1 separate WC.
A large living room with guest WC.
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single air-conditioned bed, a bathroom shared by the two bedrooms and plenty of storage.
Optional 250 € per week, a separate ventilated studio with a large bed and 1 single bed, a shower room and an independent WC is available.

Possible modularity of rooms and beds (upon request and subject to feasibility)

Bel écrin avec un extérieur agréable mais beaucoup d'inperfections qui concernent même la sécurité

largeemnt pertubées par la défaillance du réfrigérarteur et du congélateur la propeté très limite des priseséléctriques arrachées une nuit stéssante à cause du déclenchement intempestif d'un récepteur d'un éclérage dans une des chambres sirène de la piscine qui se déclanchait inrempestivement bosse en béton à l"entrée de la propriété nombreux ravets durant la nuit d'ailleurs le congélateur non branché à l'arrivée en était plein de leurs excréments petit table de jardin très abimée
