Great location

We were not sure if we had arrived at the property as the facade was covered in scaffolding. However, the apartment was clean and tidy. Great location, as it was about 10 minutes walk to the train station. Fabrice, who met us on arrival, was welcoming and he showed us to the property. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday and will return to Menton in the future. Thank you 😊

Things we were not told about

The property was incased in scaffolding, the balcony’s were not useable due to builders rubble and an old air conditioner unit parked on the balcony. Also the bathroom door sticks to a high spot on the floor when opened or closed. Very annoying. Having said that the location gets 10 out of ten.

Die Kommunikation war problemlos und wir wurden auch vor Ort sehr nett betreut. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber sowie praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von den kleinen Balkonen hat man einen tollen Blick auf's Meer. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum. Parken kann man im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus. Die zentrale Lage bring leider viel Verkehrslärm mit sich. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Menton, l’appartement était très bien, celui ci est bien rénové. Je recommande. Petit bémol : difficile d’avoir une place de parking gratuite à cette saison.

Leuk appartement maar geen airco

Het appartement is prima uitgerust maar de airco was stuk toen wij aankwamen - er stond al een (erg luidruchtig) mobiel toestelletje klaar maar daarvan moest de uitlaat uit de venster naar buiten hangen waardoor er meer warmte naar binnen kwam dan dat het toestel naar buiten blies. Enfin, we hebben de vakantie dan maar vroegtijdig beeindigd - ‘t was echt niet prettig om enkel verkoeling te vinden in de winkels in de stad en in onze auto …
