VILLA LA ROUQUETTANE - Small studio
Welcome to the 'Villa Rouquettane' located road of the Corniche d'Or, in Boulouris, Villa Rouquetane is a charming house, feet in the water, divided into five typely Provençal apartments, can see between two and four people, some on the ground floor, others upstairs with balcony, all with stunning views of the sea.
Access to the beach is directly through a gate at the bottom of the garden, which is accessed directly to the beach.
A little corner of paradise
Each apartment is fully equipped and has a garden where it is good to relax, enjoy the bright sky of the Côte d'Azur, breathe the sea air and all the scents of the Mediterranean : thyme, rosemary or lavender. ...... and not forgetting to watch the sunset

Equipped for two people only, this studio located on the ground floor has a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen. The French window opens onto the terrace where there is the garden furniture and two sun loungers, leaving a clear view of the sea.

Un endroit idéal !
Appartement en bord de plage, très bien situé avec une belle vue sur la mer. Communication super facile avec notre hôte qui est très arrangeante. L'intérieur est simple mais fonctionnel, petit bémol pour le sommier. On reviendra !

Tolle Lage
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ideal für diejenigen, die Outdoor-Aktivitäten lieben. Wir hatten ein Kajak und einen Sap. zwei Meter vom Meer entfernt. Nachts das Rauschen des Meeres und der Geruch des Meeres. Morgenfrühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer.

Ruhiges Plätzchen, ideal zum erholen!
Wir haben im August 2019 10 Tage in dieser sehr landestypischen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten, aber es fehlt an nichts und es war sauber. Direkt an einer Bucht gelegen mit direktem Zugang. Zu empfehlen sind Badeschuhe, da es sehr felsig bzw. steinig ist. Wasser hatte eine absolute Wohlfühltemperatur. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass man an der Straße parken muss., da es keinen eigenen Parkplatz gibt. Aber an der Straße gibt es viele Möglichkeiten. Sehr ruhiger Ort, ideal zum erholen und auszuspannen. Das Schönste war der supertolle Garten und die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und lassen einen in "Ruhe". :-) Absolut weiter zu empfehlen, an Urlauber, die keine zu hohen Ansprüche in Bezug auf Luxus und Nachtleben stellen. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt!!

Es war toll!
Die Lage ist wirklich toll und die Aussicht ebenso. Wenn ich jemanden etwas empfehlen müsste, würde ich genau das hier empfehlen.
