You will love this quiet location overlooking the Bay of San Felipe. Three decks to enjoy: the lower level for your garden, mid deck for your morning coffee and the upper deck to dine alfresco enjoying the views and privacy. After exploring the area, you'll relax inside with comfortable furniture and wi-fi for your favorite shows. The kitchen has all the equipment to make yourself a memorable meal, plus a charcoal grill outside. If cooking is not on the menu, we can recommend our favorite restaurants for you.

Always something to do, hiking, fishing, kayaking, hobie sailing, or just relaxing on the semi-private beach. Walk to town (only 10 minutes away) for tacos and entertainment on the Malecon.

Better than expected! Excellent location close enough to the Malecon to walk but far away from the noise. Property is directly on a beach that gets little traffic during the day. Hosts very welcoming and great resources for local attractions and restaurants. I don’t know what could improve on the experience.

This place is incredible! Very well-designed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is FULLY equipped, all the furniture and beds are super comfy. The hosts and manager are fantastic. Easy walk to town to stroll along the Malecon. Absolutely 4 plus stars!

Baja Beach Front

A great place in San Felipe, Baja. The property was a jam. However, the weather in Aug and Sep was extremely hot. Next visit will definitely be in non summer time. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful!!

My husband and I had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the private decks, the wonderful courtyard, the fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez with easy access to the beach. Only a 10 minute walk to town for delicious meals and to watch the fishing community go about business. The suite was lovely and had everything we needed. Gail and Michael were a pleasure to meet and made us comfortable right away. We will definitely be back!

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is fabulous, clean and great views. Gail and Mike are great as hosts, showed us where to go, which was very helpful. You have private beach access, which we took advantage of. If your looking for a peaceful quite place. This is it. We definitely will be back.

Don't want to leave!

Exceeded expectations both the hosts owners and the property. Feel so blessed to have this time, in this place, and with very generous and attentive hosts. Mike and Gayle are more like friends than hosts! They recommended and arranged massages for my husband and I with Lynn, a massage therapist. We slept like babies. We went with them on hiking adventures with their dogs by a lovely cove. Can't say enough about the rest and comfort we experienced. Definitely will be back.

Way beyond our expectations!

This was our first time to San Felipe, but we had been to Mexico before. This is, by far, the best VRBO we have stayed at! First, the hosts (Gayle and Mike) were outstanding to work with, answered every question, and even gave us a little personal tour of the best places to go. Second, the condo was amazing! Not only did it have beautiful views of the beach, but it was nicely decorated inside as well. I couldn't imagine a more comfortable place (with great air conditioning!). Also, it is stocked with everything you will need (except food - which is easy to buy at the local grocery stores). If you prefer to go out, Mike and Gayle know all of the best places to eat...and they were 100% right. The seafood is particularly great (and cheap!). Our only complaint is that it was so quiet and comfortable in the condo, we seriously had a really hard time getting up and leaving to go anywhere else! Oh, and the soft, sandy, warm-water, beach itself is just a few steps away. If you are looking to have a romantic, relaxing, easy get away, while also discovering the less-touristy "real" Mexico (which is way more firendly and safe than the media would have you believe) this is the place to stay - hands down! Just one warning: If you have never been to San Felipe before, the 2.5 hr drive from the Calexico border is pretty desolate - with long stretches of straight road and nothingness. It's no problem once you realize that it is safe and friendly out there, but it can be a little lonely if you travel for the first time on an "off" day for other tourists. The road itself, however, is well-paved and most of it has at least some cell service (which is helpful for translating the interesting road signs). In short, we had a great time and this place is highly recommended!!! I
