Studio located in our house on the southwestern side of the Semnoz (Haute Savoie), open view, quiet environment, with independent entrance, a studio of 30 m² in the countryside.

We propose you in seasonal hiring, in our home, with independent entrance, a studio of 30 m ² in full campaign, understanding:
- An entrance hall
- A bedroom with a bed 160 x 200, closet-wardrobe, WIFI, TV.
- A shower room, washbasin, WC.
- A kitchenette with fridge-freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, induction hob, coffee maker and electric kettle, table, chairs, crockery.
Located in the Bauges Regional Nature Park, 750 m above sea level on the slopes of the Semnoz Massif, 14 km from Annecy, 24 km from Aix les Bains, 45 minutes from Geneva, 10 minutes from the A41 motorway exit n ° 15. 1 South Seynod.
Linen provided, non-smoking area, pets not allowed, rooms accessible without stairs.

l'appartement est tres propre et bien meublé , sauf peut etre le téléviseur qui pourrait etre un peu plus volumineux une 31" voire même 35" aurait largement sa place sur le petit meuble , mais , à part cette petite remarque , je ne dirai que du bien de ce studio ,propre , bien situé , calme , spacieux, vue magnifique , près de tout les beaux sites à voir , Annecy , Aix les bains , les Aravis , les Bauges , la Chambote , etc , etc......Très beau et très bon séjour , Hôtes sympathiques et serviables .

Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Le mari de Luce nous a donné de bons conseils sur les endroits à voir et pour se garer sur Annecy. Le logement était propre, fonctionnel et adapté pour deux personnes. Le lieu était très agréable et l'on avait une vue magnifique de la maison. Pour un week-end en amoureux, c'était très bien! Je recommande!

TRÈS BON SEJOUR

Excellent séjour avec un très bon accueil,logement très propre . Un plus avec les draps fournis ainsi que torchons et linges de toilette. Très bien situé géographiquement pour un séjour reposant ,tout en étant pas loin des grandes villes comme Annecy et Aix les Bains...Et également pour effectuer de belles randonnées. En conclusion ,agréable séjour dans ce logement. Merci !

Séjour à Annecy

Très bon séjour passé dans ce studio spacieux (grande douche, chambre, cuisine séparée avec petit extérieur). La localisation du logement est très bien (25 min du centre d'Annecy), au calme avec une jolie vue sur la vallée et très propre. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par les propriétaires. Je recommande.
