Excellent property and hosts.

Jossette and Jean Luc are excellent hosts They go to great lengths to assist guests in whatever way possible especially regarding local places of interest and tips on local transport etc. The accomodatiom is extremely comfortable, spacious and private. Great mointain views. Many thanks.

Une vue superbe

3 nuits dans le logement. Tout est impeccable, nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement et nos hôtes. Ils sont d'une gentillesse extrême et de bonne recommandation. Une superbe vue sur les montagnes, un beau jardin fleuri, un endroit calme et paisible. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés.

Idyllischer Ort

Der Aufenthalt in dieser kühlen Wohnung war fantastisch: ein wunderbarer Blick auf die Alpen, sehr nette Vermieter und absolute Ruhe. Gerade nach den Touristenmassen in Annecy (Im Sommer) ist die Rückkehr ins ruhige Etercy eine wahre Wohltat. Zudem ist die Küche super ausgestattet, wenn man selbst kochen will. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!

Quiet get away in French country side

The stay was wonderful and pleasant. Jean-Luc and his wife are very kind people. The 1 bedroom was clean and neat and had a lot of information about exploring. I came to relax and get away from city life and it was just that. Very quiet. The hosts also helped me as much as they could with transportation. My only tip: YOU CANNOT BOOK THIS PLACE WITHOUT A CAR. Nothing is near - not even a grocery store, and you cannot explore or even reach the property through public transportation or uber or Lyft. You must drive to the property.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'accueil était très chaleureux, nous avons très bien été conseillé par les hôtes. La logement donne une vue superbe sur la montagne et est idéalement situé. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous planifions un prochain séjour dans la région.

Bonjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, l'appartement est très bien situé au calme avec une vue superbe....lieu ou il fait bon vivre, les propriétaires sont très gentils et discrets, pas très loin d'Annecy et des petits villages environnants sympathiques . je recommande sans modération, nous avons passé un séjour que je ne suis pas prêt d'oublier.

Appartement très bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité : comme à la maison. Literie de très bonne qualité, même dans le salon : très bien pour 2 enfants de 16 ans. Mr et Mme Gévaud sont très gentils, discrets et disponibles à la fois. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés. Merci😉

Séjour parfait, nous recommandons.

Appartement au calme avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes. Il y à tout le confort avec une belle cuisine aménagée ainsi qu'une une bonne literie. Jean-Luc et sa femme nous ont réservés un excellent accueil et ont partagé beaucoup de leur connaissance d'Annecy et de sa région. Jean-Claude et sa femme sont vraiment aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes : des "super hostes" : ne changez rien ! Et encore merci.
