Chalet Timan is an OVO Network property. It can comfortably accommodate eight people on three floors.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

Its location on the Beauregard piste gives it one of the best village views in the resort.

Just 700m from the skating rink and the centre of the village, the whole family can make the most of their stay in La Clusaz. The location is ideal in winter for skiers, but also in summer for hikers and mountain bikers. The terraces are very well equipped for a drink as you admire the view, or you could relax in the sun.

There are four separate en suite bedrooms. The living room is very spaceous, and there's an open-plan kitchen and a large table where you can enjoy a meal together. While some of you chat aroud the fire, others can enjoy the sauna on the lower level. Fitness enthusiasts can take to the treadmill while others enjoy the table football.

The ski-in / ski-out location, the high level of comfort and the superb view make Chalet Timan one of the best choices for a truly exceptional La Clusaz experience.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

IMPORTANT : the "plancha" and outdoor furniture are available from beginning of May until the end of the French "Toussaint" holiday. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AT THE PROPERTY.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

Emplacement ensoleillé dès le matin et donnant sur la vallée ensoleillée le soir. Parfait quand il fait chaud. Les espaces sont grands et agréables. Les deux places de parking fermées sont très appréciées.

Un petit paradis sur terre

Le chalet Timan est un petit paradis au coeur de la montagne. C'est un réel bonheur d'y séjourner. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans une boule de Noël, la neige tombait, nous étions au chaud devant la cheminée, avec une vue incroyable sur la montagne et le village. Le chalet Timan offre un panorama exceptionnel grâce à ces grandes baies ouvertes sur la montagne, les petits balcons et la terrasse sont très appréciables même quand il neige, quel bonheur de boire un thé chaud sous un plaid en contemplant le spectacle qui s'offre à nous. Le chalet est grand, il ne manque rien, il est magnifique. Un grand merci à OVO Network et à Anita, elle a organisé notre séjour de façon irréprochable et a toujours su répondre à toutes nos questions. Merci à notre manager Jean- Philippe qui à organisé notre arrivée, rien ne manquait, c'est une personne bienveillante et très sympathique, très professionnel et disponible, merci à lui ! Nous recommandons le plus sincèrement OVO Network, nous comptons repartir au chalet Timan l'an prochain ! Merci à toute l'équipe !

on s’y sent vraiment bien et il ne manque rien. Cerise sur le gâteau la vue magnifique, de quoi oublier ces mois de Covid Belle situation, décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, ping-pong, babyfoot, sauna… il ne manque rien
