Located on the promenade of Campofelice Di Roccella ( location 10 km from Cefalù) Costa Mediterranea Holiday Home is the ideal place to spend a holiday in freedom and relax.

Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.

Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 3 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .

The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free

Perfect Villa for Relaxing

This was our final stop after a two week honeymoon through Europe that began in the UK. The Villa was a perfect place for us to take it slow and relax after a lot of traveling and site seeing. Daniele was so helpful in checking in and showing us around and the Villa was perfect for walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the train station for day trips to Cefalù. Daniele was also super helpful in helping us make arrangements with a car service for a very early departure to make it to the Palermo airport before the trains were running. We enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back someday!

Nice accommodation!

We arrived as a group of five friends and had a great time. Daniele the landlord was very friendly and even gave us tips which places and restaurants and street food is recommended. The communication went without problems. The house was clean and contains everything you need. Two of the three bedrooms are in the basement so it's a bit cooler and in the kitchen on the first floor is an air conditioner. Existing microwave and a small additional oven did not work for us but since this did not bother us we did not contact Daniele about it who would certainly have helped. The Wi-Fi sometimes has small dropouts especially when many devices are logged in but even that always went quite quickly again. You should be aware that the house is very keen-eared. In the lower bedrooms you can hear each other talking or even if someone is talking outside at the sunbeds. The way to the beach is short and it was not extremely crowded on all days except Sunday, which was super pleasant (but we were there outside the vacation season). A rental car is recommended especially since we also went shopping in the more distant LIDL because the market CONAD nearby was too expensive for us. But otherwise we went by train also to Palermo which went without problems. All in all, we had a great vacation and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Descriptif bien flatteur .......

La villa est assez grande mais mitoyenne , les bruits du voisinages sont quasi permanents , c'est sans compter les aboiements des chien ( même la nuit) 2 chambres sur les trois sont en souplex c'est à dire sans fenêtre , mais équipées de soupiraux donnant dans la chambre des voisins ! pas de lave vaisselle à 5 voir 7 ça commence à compter , équipement pauvre ( peu de vaisselle ) Globalement déçue par cette location , le pays quant à lui est superbe , des plages valent le coup

J'avais très envie de répondre à votre jugement qui nous a quitté. Autant que les bruits des chiens des voisins pendant la nuit, nous nous excusons si cela se produit, nous les informerons les propriétaires. En ce qui concerne le commentaire sur le lave-vaisselle, je ne considère pas cela approprié car la présence du lave-vaisselle n’a jamais été incluse dans l’annonce. Le nombre de plats n'est pas du tout petit, il y a en fait 10 assiettes à dîner et 15 assiettes à soupe pour une villa pour 7 personnes, je ne comprends pas ce commentaire.Il y a deux chambres que sont des souplexes mais leurs fenêtres respectives donnent sur le jardin de la même villa, pas dans les chambre des voisins.

Ottima soluzione la porzione di casa fronte mare

La porzione di casa fronte mare, veramente neanche 30 mt dal mare, spiaggia di sabbia con ciotoli sparsi, fondo sabbioso. Casa veramente bella, ventilata, indipendente e molto spazio, in zona organizzata e di facile accesso. Sig. Nino sempre disponibile e cortese.

La porzione di villa fronte mare veramente a meno di 30mt dal mare, sabbia con ciotoli sparsi e fondale di sabbia. Zona organizzata, tranquilla ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Sig Nino sempre disponibile. Si dorme bene, molto ventilata.

Super nahe Strandlage

Wir hatten in dem Haus einen tollen Urlaub.Die Lage und Nähe zum Wasser sind genial.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und man findet alles was man braucht.Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind im Haus 2 allerdings im Souterrain das kann man anhand der Fotos nicht gut erkennen. Der Vermieter ist total nett und sehr hilfsbereit.Es befinden sich fußläufig einige Restaurants und Gelaterias.Der Bahnhof ist auch schnell zu erreichen (zu empfehlen wenn man nach Palermo möchte )und ein Supermarkt Conad ist auch nur ca 3 km entfernt.Cefalu ist 15km entfernt und unbedingt einen Ausflug wert.
