Poseidon Cottage - A Modern Chalet

Poseidon is a new, chalet-style cottage with modern finishes and new appliances throughout, designed with large windows to appreciate the beautiful view. The main floor, with two steps and a railing at the entrance, has an open floor plan and provides ample room to move around with kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom and bathroom - all on one level. Two more bedrooms on the second floor each have a double bed. Decorated and furnished with comfort in mind, guests will find Poseidon a good choice for their stay in the area. Please note: This cottage rents for a minimum of 1 night. An additional fee of $100 is required for bookings less than 3 nights.

Double booked!

This review is unfortunately not for the Poseidon cottage that I did rent. We arrived at the cabin to find that it was already occupied by a family! My group travelled from all over the country to get there and there was somebody else in there! After 45min to an hour we were contacted by the manager telling me they had us in another house about 40 minutes away. The other house the Barnacle had less features but a better view. Other than the garbage cans being full and there being only 2 kitchen sized garbage bags on the property the place was nice and clean. The cabin we rented was a lot more modern than the one we were given and we were offered no compensation. I never even received a follow up call from the property manager other than me reaching out to let them know we made it.
