The Space
The house is perfect for a family or group of friends. It sleeps eight comfortably and each room has brand new furniture and mattresses. Each room has wonderful light. Privacy blinds and ceiling fans are installed for your comfort.
The house has been fully renovated and has a new lease on life. Many everyday amenities for each guest will make your stay comfortable and memorable.
The main floor is made up of an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and half bath.
Upstairs is where you will find three bedrooms, a full bathroom and reading nook. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third room has two queens. A large full bathroom with a tub shower combo, single vanity, bright natural light and fresh towels.
Outside you will find two different spaces. A deck with everything you need to relax is found on the front of the home. Maine trees provide shade in the back of the home with a seasonal view of Mill Pond. You will also find a fire pit ready for an evening outside located at the edge of the trees.
Let's be honest. You want to know....yes the internet is awesome. It’s fast, consistent and those tiny little work details you need to finish before heading out on a hike can get done in a snap.
Guest Access
The home and property are all yours. The basement and attic are not open to guests, but everything else is. We want you to feel at home. Every guest will be given an entry code to access the home from our deck door right before their check-in date. A set of keys will be available for the double front doors once you are inside.
Other Things to Note
This home is 160 years old and we want it to keep that long run going. Please remove you shoes when in the house and preserve our floors. We do not own the piece of property between our rock fence and Mill Pond. Please respect this property and do not walk through it trying to access the pond.
