A short walk across the old stone bridge brings you to a traditional Breton bakery as well as number of good riverside restaurants, bistros, cafes.
Forming part of a historic 17th century stone building, the apartment is on the second floor of a historic building , accessed by 2 short flights of stairs.
The apartment is not suitable for young children under 10 years of age.

The apartment has one spacious bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Corner kitchen next to a dining area overlooking the river. Spacious living area with river views. Mezzanine with two single bed.
Additional pull out single bed available if needed.
Free WIFI internet and TV receiving both French and UK channels.
Internal area 45 sq metres (484 sq ft) and classified as one star tourist accommodation in 2021.
Tourist tax, electricity, bed linen and towels included in rental prices.
We check that the property is clean and ready for you before your arrival , and you can either clean before leaving or our end of stay clean option is 50€

Free on street parking available next to the apartment , or we have a limited number of reserved parking spaces available for a small charge - 20€ per week.
Key box system allows for independent check-in and arrival any time after 4 pm.
We leave locally and are available if you need us , or if you have any questions. We speak English , French and some German.
You can hire boats,canoes and bikes on the port between April and October.

The apartment does not have an outside space, and is on the second floor of a historic building , accessed by 2 short flights of stairs , this may not be suitable for you if you have mobility problems.
