Renovated apartment, with two bedrooms, bathroom, work area, open living room on a fitted kitchen.

The accommodation has all the necessary equipment, linen, towel, cot, iron, shampoo / shower gel, hair dryer, cleaning product, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, dishes ... ..

wifi and free access, TV in the living room and in the master bedroom, cable subscription, Netflix ...

Breakfast not included but I make available a small welcome basket with the minimum for the first breakfast for everyone. (Milk, cereal, orange juice, rusk, jam ....)

Idéalement situé

Hôte à l’écoute, l’appartement est agréable et fonctionnel, sa situation est idéale pour arpenter le vieux port. Je recommande !

Deception

Le point positif de cette location est son emplacement. L accueil du propriétaire fût plutôt glacial, aucune visite et explications uniquement la remise des clés en nous disant que tous les renseignements concernant l appartement se trouvent sur le livret d accueil. Mauvaises surprises : appartement pas très propre, blanc de poussière, énorme toile d araignée dans les rideaux et le salon, le balcon est plutôt un débarras de travaux et une collection de plantes mortes, les photos présentées sont surexposees, Dans la cuisine la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas, vaisselle non suffisante, impossible de cuisiner. Uniquement une minuscule penderie dans chaque chambre, impossible de faire fonctionner le fer à repasser, valet cassé...aucune réception à la télé de la chambre Nous avons dû rappeler mr Murat pour reconnecter la télé du salon à notre arrivée Nous ne comprenons pas la qualification et les bons commentaires concernant mr Murat qui ne nous répondait pas au téléphone durant le sejour Nous sommes vraiment mal tombés
