Comfortable apartment, excellent location

This property is located very close to the old port and major tourist attractions. Patricia is a great property manager! Very helpful and a very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again when visiting La Rochelle.

L’appartement est confortable. Dans un endroit très calme à deux pas de la ville et du Vieux Port, nous avons passé 4 semaines agréables.

Super emplacement !

Emplacement idéal en plein coeur de la ville. Très beau deux pièces fonctionnels, le suivi du séjour par la propriétaire est impeccable! La cerise sur le gâteau serait une place de parking à l'intérieur du bâtiment néanmoins tout est accessible à pied !

Très bel appartement et très bien placé

Tout est faisable à pied depuis l’appartement, et l’appartement est parfait pour un couple avec deux enfants. Nous avons apprécié le prêt de lit parapluie et de chaise haute. La fourniture d’une place de parking est aussi un plus, car les places semblent rares au centre de La Rochelle. Le seul petit bémol est que le parking n’est pas juste à côté de l’appartement.

Appartement très bien situé, très propre, très bien équipé et décoration agréable.

L'appartement est idéale pour 2 personnes et possiblement un jeune enfant. J'imagine difficilement le confort pour une famille de 5 personnes. On aurait avantage à remplacer le divan qui n'est pas très confortable. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Patricia. Merci.

Appartement atypique au coeur du centre historique

Très bien situé dans le centre historique où tout peut être fait à pied. Rien ne manque dans les équipements (de qualité) Appartement bien agencé pour 2 à 3 personnes mais pas pour 5 si on souhaite le confort. Les avantages et les inconvénients d'un rez de jardin. Parking apprécié.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Gute Lage, schnell im Zentrum und doch ziemlich ruhig (auch am 14. Juli, bei Francofolies und der Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft), angenehm schattiger Innenhof an heißen Tagen, keine Parkplatzsorgen ... in der Summe eine positive Urlaubserinnerung. Kleinere Mängel (wenig passende Getränkegläser, nicht einheitliches Besteck - die unten liegende Hälfte war nur abgewischt, nicht gespült, Teppich nicht gesaugt ... aber mit kleinen Glassplittern, das Sofa durchgesessen ...) aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Der positive Eindruck überwiegt.

IDEALEMENT SITUE

Appartement confortable et calme très bien situé pour les balades à pied, tout près du Vieux Port et à 2 pas du centre ville, décoré avec goût, bonne literie de 160, wc séparés, cuisine fonctionnelle bien équipée + arrière -cuisine; nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A recommander!

Appart au top !

L'appartement est idéalement situé, pas besoin de voitures tout est porté de main. A 2 pas du port, des restos, du parc, de la plage et des petites boutiques !!!! Il est très propre et au calme avec sa cour, la literie est de très bonne qualité et l'ensemble des équipements aussi. Je le recommande !!!!!!

Perfect for a combined vacation in La Rochelle and Ile de Ré.

We've been here with 3 adults for 6 days and it was very good. The apartment is located very close to the city centre, the old harbor and many excellent restaurants. The apartment is very clean, well equiped and, although it is situated nearby the city center, very calm. Ile de Ré is just half an hour with the car. It's a pity the included car park is not closer to the apartment. Despite this small disadvantage the accommodation was perfect for a combined vacation in La Rochelle and Ile de Ré.
