A LITTLE CITY GARDEN AND ITS PRIVATE PARKING AREA
It is a small house in a garden inside the city, but in a very quiet and peaceful area. We feel in the countryside. The interior is made of wood, and stone, parquet, wooden shutters, bricks, faï has just been refurbished.
Housing
In the living room, the sofa is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. You can therefore sleep 6 people: 2 in the living room, 2 in the bedroom, and 2 in the mezzanine (Open to the bedroom). High quality mattress (Royal Palace Bedding) Queen-size (160x200) in the bedroom, king-size in mezzanine (180x200), and regular in the sofa bed (140x190).
The living room is equipped with a high quality stereo system. Bring your CDs, DVDs, or even Vinyls .... WIFI available.
Coffee, Tea, sugar, oil, vinegar ...
You can use the house and its garden in its entirety. The parking is private, closed and adjoining the house.
I provide 2 mountain bikes.

Die Unterkunft hätte mit dem kleinen Garten eine Schöne Auszeit für ein Wochenendtripp sein können.
Hätte....
Der Garten war ungepflegt und ein Gartentische war komplett verrottet. Schlimm!
Die Wohnung war ranzig und schmutzig und komplett verwohnt. In der Küche möchte man vor Unsauberkeit gar nichts benutzen.
Die Fotos aus der Anzeige sind komplett veraltet.
In diesem Zustand sollte keine Wohnung vermietet werden.
Offensichtlich wird von Fewodirekt der Zustand der Wohnungen nicht geprüft.

Verblijf in Grenoble in mon petit jardin
Op zich fijn, een huisje met klein tuintje om buiten te zitten. Een half uur wandelen naar het centrum. Prima te doen. Hoewel er ook bus en tram rijden. Wel wat minpunten: het huis was echt vuil bij aankomst. Enorme stofpluizen overal. De wc functioneerde slecht. Kreeg na mail geen reactie van eigenaar. Koffie apparaat was stuk. Picknicktafel vuil en stuk in de tuin. Een volle waszak stond met vieze was voor de deur en deze is de hele week dat wij er waren niet opgehaald. Het tuinmeubilair is niet erg geschikt op lang op te zitten. Gelukkig hadden we eigen confortabele campingstoelen mee.
De buurt is niet top. Beetje shabby, weunig te beleven. Wel een leuk biercafé hier ontdekt: Beer square. waszak stond

Agréable séjour
On a passés des agréables jours à Grenoble. La maison a un charme du bon vieux temps. La voiture securement garée dans la cour securisée, on a fait tout en vélo. Commerces touts proches, ainsi que le centre ville.
