The location is excellent. Pool was wonderful. Beds comfortable. The unit wasn’t as clean as I would like. There was a dead bug on floor and sand on kitchen counter. Bedroom fan didn’t work and couldn’t open freezer.

Secluded and PERFECT

We absolutely LOVE this specific condo! Our son is AUDHd and it’s so peaceful and relaxing to have a pool right out the back door that’s gated wo tons of people to overwhelm us! Overall we book this every year to have a peaceful getaway! Beach is about a quarter mile!

Sweet Little Pad

We really loved the location of the property. It was very to close to everything! Great beaches, restaurants, and grocery shopping all within minutes. The property was very tidy and well kept. The neighbors were friendly and there were plenty of boats to watch for our toddler! The MBR was really nice, and the open common area was nice to "just hang out". Great place, we would gladly stay again.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The beds were wonderful.

Our stay in this condo overall was great. When I first arrived I noticed the dining room windows were extremely dirty and blocking the view of the marina. I called and someone came to clean them immediately. The listing states luxury towels but they were extremely rough and for a two week stay I went and bought new ones because those towels didn’t feel great on a sunburn! Other than that it was very clean and the air conditioning was freezer cold! We loved that! Pool was nice and clean as well. Location was great! Drinks and live music within walking distance. I’d definitely stay again!

Fully furnished apartment and more!

This place was perfect for my family of four week long vacation. It was quite and away from all the heavy traffic and noise. Very clean with beautiful coastal decor. I loved that they included everything from towels to extra blankets to a fully functional kitchen. All I had to purchase was my disposables. They made cooking a few meals easy for my small family. We walked nearby to a restaurant and had a delicious thin crust pizza. The kids enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of the marina and we even got to enjoy a nearby dolphin tour with thefunboats.com Bring your fishing pole and you won't have to go far for a good time. We loved that the pool was only a few feet from the patio. If we had a chance, that's how we ended our nights. We will stay here again.

Better than the pictures!

I feel like we got a great deal staying here! The pool was right in front of our condo and was rarely occupied. It sits on a boat slip that is surrounded by cute little shops and restaurants. There are a couple of beach shops within walking distance as well. If you are brave enough to cross the highway there is close beach access, otherwise the Alabama Point is a one minute drive. Apart from the location, everything was nice in the condo and in good condition. There was a huge TV with cable and streaming. The wifi was spotty and I would have liked to have had a wider variety of items available for cooking (no oven mitt, cooking spray, or aluminum foil, Tupperware containers don't have matching lids). Be prepared to stock up on household essentials as well. Overall would definitely stay again!

Loved the property !

Condo was clean in a great location. Parking was a breeze with being able to come right into the condo . Groceries easy to carry . Property management was helpful . Sent texts regularly . When needed a coffee pot replace they came right out and did it . Nice to know someone there to help with what is needed through texting . Thanks ! Will be back :)))

Very satisfying

I give a rating of 4.5/5. The condo was very clean, organized, and welcoming. AC did go out on day 2 but the response from Luxury Coastal staff was phenomenal and fast with kind manner. I would recommend updating the shower head in the master bathroom. I am sensitive to lighting so a curtain to help block lights from outside in master bedroom would be helpful. Overall very satisfied with our stay and possibly return next year.

Family Getaway

The location of this property was an excellent choice for us. It’s a quite location on the bay with a lovely view. The condo was beautiful, inviting and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked too. Just a side note....there’s not a grill at the condo, although there’s one in the photos on line. Luckily we verified beforehand. No complaints at all. This place was perfect in every way. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved the view of the marina and the close proximity to restaurants and shops with outdoor entertainment. The beach is close too and not overly commercialized. We will definitely return in the future.
