In a residence of 10 apartments, built in 1953, renovated in 2013. Close to food stores and nightlife establishments, nurseries and children's activities, summer/winter ice rink, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a waterway.

KITCHEN: induction cooktop, combined electric microwave oven, refrigerator with 100 L freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette/pierrade appliance

BEDROOM: 10m2, 2 SINGLE BEDS (80), wardrobe, iron, television,

BATHROOM: 2.57 m2 (tiled floor) shower cabin, hair dryer, sink, W-C.

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.



Services not included:

- Small pet allowed, maximum weight 5 kg (limited to one), supplement of 25 € for stays up to 10 nights, then 25 € per additional 10-night period (capped at 100 €) to be paid on site.

- Municipal public parking (weekly subscription)

- Arrival outside of opening hours

- Credit card deposit upon key handover (500€)

Tout, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passé un bon séjour, tout y est fer et table à repasser, aspirateur et tout le nécessaire pour faire le ménage (ce n'est pas toujours le cas), bref on frise la perfection Pour écrire quelque chose, l'isolation des sol n'est pas top et quand on a des voisins peu respectueux et bien cela devient vite compliqué, la premiÚre semaine a été insupportable.
