Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. Location that can’t be beat at Seaside Heights. This 1st floor unit (unit #3) of a 2 family house is beautifully renovated and is now available.

No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports & Showtime) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix account.

*** Outdoor Space
Outdoor Space is shared (Ground Floor). Picnic tables, outdoor shower and Grill. Please clean after yourself after using the outdoor space and grill.

*** Build with comfort in mind
Newly installed central air conditioning and heating system with nest thermostat

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Front door security camera and electronic keyless lock for easy access.

*** Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with two assigned parking spaces (back to back / tandem parking). Street parking and paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor picnic benches, barbecue grill and outdoor shower to enjoy with your friends and family. This space is shared with guests from 3 other units.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

This was a great place for our family weekend at the Jersey shore. It’s right next to the boardwalk and beach, and very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was okay. It was clean and we had everything we needed. And there is a grocery store less than a mile away. Great location right on the boardwalk! Located near the beach, this property was wonderfully renovated and a great space to enjoy a vacation. The owners were awesome in making sure our stay was absolutely perfect! Wonderfully accommodating and easy to communicate with before, during, and after the stay. Would highly recommend staying here for your trip to the shore!

You really can’t beat the location. It’s right on the boardwalk, but all the way at the end so it’s still quiet at night. Beach is just steps away. Property is clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked, outdoor space was surprisingly charming.

Location was gold

Unless you slept on the boardwalk, you couldn’t get any closer. It made walking around with toddlers in the heat about 200% easier. Our group fit comfortably. Only small issue was that the shower felt pretty small. Property was very well kept and the area was convenient to other areas of the town. We stayed from Sun-Thurs which was a great move to avoid the weekend crowd. Hosts were so nice an attentive, overall it was a great time.

Property owners Jack and Vivian met us right as we got there which started off our vacation with a welcoming home environment. They had great hospitality (providing snacks, water, laundry detergent, and toiletries). They made sure we had a safe and comfortable stay by staying at one of the units that they also own. Great access to the beach, outdoor shower, and grilling area were extremely convenient. Cannot wait to book our stay for next year with the same hosts!

Under the boardwalk!

The location is steps from the boardwalk. A sweet place -roomy and bright and clean and comfy. We stayed for Columbus Day weekend and found this as advertised, so sweet and at the foot of the boardwalk. It is bright and designed nicely. Had all you need to enjoy fun at the beach!! All questions were answered promptly and it all went seamlessly.

AMAZING

There is not a negative thing we can say about our stay. Jack, Joanne, and Vivian have thought of everything and are incredible hosts. 3 spacious bedrooms, a wonderfully stocked kitchen, a great bathroom, and to top it all off - a fantastic outdoor area to use. The house was super clean and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. AND, a few steps from the beach!!! We had family staying at a few other close by houses and were able to use the outdoor area for a few family gatherings - such a great benefit. If you are looking for an incredible place with fantastic hosts, right on the beach at the quieter end of the boardwalk, then this is the place for you!! This was our 4th year vacationing in Seaside Heights and we know we have now found our place to stay for years to come.

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. No extra parking fee. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurant are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
