Gorgeous Setting - Beautiful Cabin
The cabin was spotless - except for the kitchen, thus 4 stars. The furnishings, floors, beds are comfortable, bathrooms, refrigerator spotless! The wrap around covered porch amazing. The expansive grass is perfection, along with numerous flower beds. The bad news: Dishes, silverware, glassware, cookware, etc. were dirty -- our simple suggestion, get a dishwasher! For health's sake! Our group even laundered hot pads and kitchen towels. The cabinet under the sink is very dirty - several sink strainers all filthy, dish drainer extremely filthy. We did wash the two plastic sink mats to use. Custer County is amazing, we saw so many beautiful sites! Great memories!

Just what we were looking for
Loved the cabin! Just the right size. It was very clean and inviting. The wrap-around porch was an added benefit. The location was perfect for us. We brought out our ATV's and could travel to the trails and Custer State Park nearby easily. There was lots of space for our vehicle, trailer and machines. I would definitely book this place again.

Great location
Beautiful cabin in a great location. Between Hill City and Custer - both great places to explore. Also a number of trails within a quick drive. The cabin is comfortable and homey. Hope this place is available next time we go back to this area.

Granite Springs is a beautiful and well-appointed cabin located in a spacious and private setting.
Granite Springs is a beautiful and well-appointed cabin located in a spacious and private setting. Centrally located between Custer and Hill City, it was the perfect base for our adventures in the Black Hills. The cabin really felt like home away from home. We especially enjoyed sitting out by the small pond to wind down each evening. We definitely would stay here again for a future Black Hills vacation. We found the property on-line and had our initial questions answered promptly. From there, we received timely reminders and related information making our stay an absolute no-hassle experience.
