Villa Coco: Unforgettable sea view and absolute comfort!

Large villa surrounded by a wooden terrace overlooking an infinity pool and with a sea view over 180 °. The house is located on a small hill near the beaches and the tourist center, quiet and without mosquitoes. It is a single storey villa with 3 bedrooms: - 1 master Room with private bathroom and king-size bed (2m x 2m) - 2 bedrooms with shared shower room. In the hallway there is a guest toilet. There is a large living room with a sitting area and a large flat screen (canalsat), a spacious fully equipped American kitchen, a dining area. Outside the large terrace is semi-covered. You will find a large table and a smaller one, a sitting area and two lounge chairs. It overlooks the infinity pool and the incomparable view of the sea, the village and the hill. It is a house in the city center close to everything but which gives the impression of being withdrawn. You will enjoy peace and quiet!

Beautiful vie and house but...

The minus Clients need to be prepared to drive up a steep, twisty and narrow drive way. Missing a microwave in the kitchen to simplify the cooking during the holidays. You need a car or a good set of legs. The plus A part of that, beautiful spacious house, nice pool, breathtaking view, very discreet honors and guardian, lovely pets and away from the "hustle and bustle" of Las Terrenas.

Absolute wonderful home!

You can not go wrong staying here. The house is as described. Gorgeous house and a breathtaking view! The beds were all super comfortable and there was an amazing breeze at night the cooled the house off perfectly. Every time we opened the blinds it was like seeing the view for the first time! The house was very clean and came with a maid service ( who lives near two with two adorable boys that played with our boys ) and it was amazing to come home from the beach and the house was spotless. She also washed our clothes for us one day. The grounds of the property were also spotless and beautiful flowers everywhere. The driveway is pretty much straight up and the view from the top is well worth it, once you drive it once it’s easy. The house is located two minutes from the main strip of town (where there are two large grocery stores where you find everything you need) and a couple minutes from the beach. Your can drive left or right up and down the coast to some amazing beaches and tons and tons of restaurants and beach bars. I can not say enough about the area and all the locals were so amazingly welcoming and helpful. The owner of this home is very accommodating and helped us download a food/ alcohol deleivery app. She sent us the description of where the house was located in Spanish thru the WhatsApp app and we were able to copy and paste this everyone who needed to find us at the house. There is so much to do in the area, tons gorgeous beaches, restaurants lots of places on town to check out. Several local excursions companies , we downloaded a map and drove everywhere on our own and it was easy. You can not go wrong with this rental, you like is will 100% be back again
