Free WIFI! Heated pool . In an excellent location amid almond and olive trees and with magnificent views of the land and mountains. The villa is located in the countryside a short distance from the road. It is a house with a beautiful pool and shaded terraces to enjoy eating outdoors. There is also a summer kitchen on the terrace. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to an excellent standard.
Please note that there are 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms and a second lounge in the adjoining apartment. Please note that there is a separate entrance to the attached apartment, about 10 meters from the front door.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

1 pet can be admitted, but only after consultation and an additional cost must be paid.

All our villas are located in a wonderful natural environment and in quiet areas of the village. That is why these houses are ideal for vacations by families and groups who seek these characteristics and appreciate them. Therefore please note that the villas are not suitable and are not available for loud parties.

Torre del Mar is the closest beach and is a 30-minute drive away. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.

Pedregalejo, 5km west of the center of Malaga, is another beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.

Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Mediterranean is 1 hour away and a lovely drive through.

The town of Comares, the prettiest white town in the Axarquia is beautiful. It is 5 minutes away by car and has bars, banks, shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small village of Los Ventorros, which is a 5-minute walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is ideal for visiting other parts of Andalusia, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of ​​southern Spain has the best climate in Europe with good temperatures throughout the year.
The pool is open all year.
The heating of the pool is available from April 1 to November 15 for a supplement of 190 euros per week. (It must be requested at least 1 week before arrival).
Car essential in this villa to make the most of the beautiful area!

You must pay a refundable deposit of €500 on arrival, which we ask you to pay by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days after your departure. This cannot be done on the day of your departure, as many clients leave the houses/apartments on the same day. Make sure our office or your carer has your bank details to return the deposit.
Pet cost: €50 per pet.

Cost of air conditioning: 30 euros per week is in place for your arrival, after that you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature set. Please note that air conditioning is only available in rooms.


For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay electricity at €0.35/kw.

Great remote villa - ideal for slow pace vacationing

We had a lovely time while staying at Villa JosĂš 1, enjoying the slow and cozy area of around Comares. We spent all our time outside by the pool area, enjoying the sun and view over the mountains.

Fantastic Location

Villa José 2 exceeded expectations (which were already quite high). The views are stunning. The pool is big and beautiful. Los Ventorros, with two restaurants, is easy walking distance. Comares, a 5-minute drive, is a beautiful white village with a nice grocery and several restaurants, The sea is a 30-40 minutes drive with outstanding seafood restaurants. The staff was readily available, friendly, and responsive to our occasional needs. One suggestion for improvement: the downstairs apartment needs air conditioning on hot days. The nights cool down, but if you open the windows (no screens), you get eaten by mosquitoes.

Very great and beautiful spot, with plenty of opportunities to explore. One major point of critique regards the care-taker: although he is very friendly, he is also quite unreliable. This was problematic because the warm water boiler did not work; it went off all the time when trying to shower of do dishes. The caretaker came buy (at some time of his choosing; only after Calling his boss did he show up more quickly) but the problem was not solved. The second thing is that the route to this house would have been much, much more easy to find if there was simply a map attached to the multiple pages of other (very useful!) information. The third point concerns some of the beds which really need to be exchanged because of poor quality. These were three minor points as the house was fantastic, the swimming pool excellent and we would highly recommend it!

Maison difficile a chauffer car nous avons eu du temps assez froid. De plus le confort est a revoir. Les diffĂ©rents lits ne sont pas confortable et les chaises a la table sont dure a long terme, trĂšs inconfortable. Le divan du salon est a revoir aussi car encore lĂ , le confort n'est pas au RDV. Il est annoncĂ© pour 12 personnes mais je vois mal ĂȘtre 12 dans cette maison mais bon... Pour le reste JosĂ© a Ă©tĂ© super impliquĂ© et a rĂ©pondu a nos interogations rapidement.Cordiale et courtois. De plus, je ne m'attendais pas ĂȘtre a a 45 minutes de la plage avec un chemin tortueux au maximum. Par contre la vue est magnifique sur les montagnes et pour ĂȘtre isolĂ© et tranquile c'est la destination.

Traumurlaub

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Weg zum Haus ist teilweise steil auf bergigen Straßen, mitunter ohne Leitplanken. Im kleinen Ort, Comares, nur 2 oder 3 Kilometer weiter kann man einkaufen. Man muss also nicht fĂŒr jeden Einkauf die Berge rauf und runter. Der Ort Comares ist ohnehin mehr als nur zum Einkaufen eine Reise wert. Weiße HĂ€user, Restaurants und atemberaubende Aussichten. Auf meinem Instagram Profil "einfachnursabrina" habe ich dazu ein Reel hochgeladen und auch Bilder zum Haus. Die Straße runter sind dazu noch zwei Restaurants, fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist fĂŒr die Gegend Klassisch eingerichtet. In der KĂŒche könnte noch einmal nachjustiert werden aber insgesamt mangelte es an nichts. Alles ist sauber und funktioniert. Im Haus waren nur dĂŒnne Zudecken, wir waren im Oktober dort und an zwei NĂ€chten wurde es etwas kĂŒhl... Ich denke aber, dass wir dickere Decken hĂ€tten bekommen können. Der Vermieter war total zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er hat bei der Ankunft seine WhatsApp Nummer gegeben und gesagt dass wir uns mit jedem Thema gerne an ihn wenden können. Wir haben den Pool beheizt genommen und ich, die nur Badewannen Temperatur akzeptiert, war jeden Tag im Pool. Der war wirklich total warm. Wir haben aber auch nach jedem benutzen wieder die Folie drauf gemacht. Es gab nach der Abreise keine versteckte Kostenrechnung wie das sonst oft ĂŒblich ist. Sehr fair. Ich wĂŒrde dort wieder buchen!

Hus og lejlighed var fint. Pool og omrÄdet omkring var fint. Spiste flere gange i gÄafstand fra huset. Spiste i 5 min kÞrselsafstand mod Comares (ved padel banen ligger en god restaurant). Mere end en halv times bjergkÞrsel for at komme til motorvejen.

House was pretty big and the pool as well. Villa was a bit far away from the beach or malaga, but the local taxi driver was amazing and picked us up where ever we wanted! You could easily sit outside in the sun as well as in the shadow which made it very pleasant for us all to always be outside. Whenever something didn’t work, the housekeeper immediately helped us. The restaurant almost next to the villa was very chearful :)

Beautiful villa with outstanding views

This has been our fifth visit to Ville Jose 2. The villa is well appointed with fantastic facilities for all the family. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool, a real benefit to have in the winter months. There is a fantastic bar nearby where the food is good and paella is recommended. Malaga is approximately one hour away by car. The surrounding area has much to offer with many different villages to visit along with walks in the mountains.

VERY SECLUDED AND PEACEFUL

I lovely villa with a large outdoor pool and seating area. Not overlooked by anyone. The main property itself has 3 double bedrooms and 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs bathroom, with additional annex another 1 x double and 1 x 2 single beds + 1 bathroom. The annex is good for sleeping but doesn't have any cooking facilities etc . Living area in the main house can be a little cramped if all the bedrooms are being used. But still a lovely place. Minor moan - we arrived on Spanish holiday date (unknown to us) and the remoteness of the place made our late evening arrival with 2 young kids and 2 small babies in tow somewhat frantic. The village shop was closed, as were the surrounding village shops. 3 hours driving later (there and back) we found reserves to see us through the night. Note to booking agents - either consider a welcome pack or at least tip visitors off if any such holidays are going to cause an issue - then supplies could have been bought down in Malaga before driving up the mountain! All in all, we'd certainly consider coming back

Belle Villa, Installations extérieures parfaites !

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine entre amis (10 personnes) dans cette Villa. Les installations extérieures sont parfaites avec une trÚs belle piscine (Chauffage en supplément), de l'espace autour, des équipements (transats / table / Barbecue) et une vue vraiment MAGNIFIQUE ! L'intérieur est suffisamment spacieux et bien équipé. Les chambres sont agréables. Les salles de bains correctes. Elle était propre à notre arrivée. Seul Bémol la Villa est en deux parties non communicantes (3 chambres / 2Sdb / Séjour et cuisine d'un cÎté et 2 chambres / 1 Sdb et 1 séjour pouvant servir de chambre de l'autre) ça n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce tout comme le chemin d'accÚs qui est un peu difficile (Fort pourcentage et non bétonné sur la fin). Quelques petits soucis rencontrés durant le séjour (ProblÚme avec la chaudiÚre pour la production d'eau chaude) mais le gardien a été trÚs réactif et disponible lors de ses 3 passages. Du point de vue géographique la Villa est bien située si l'on souhaite rester au calme. Il faut prévoir du temps de trajet pour se rendre dans les sites touristiques alentours car ce sont des routes de montagne sur les 20/30 premiers kilomÚtres. Dommage pour nous que le temps n'était pas au rendez-vous mais c'est le risque à cette période... Cordialement, Amaury

Beautiful peaceful home for vacations

We chose this vacation home for our family trip (two families, ages 13-60) and we are very happy that we did! The house is beautiful and spacious, the pool is as beautiful as it seems in the pictures, and the area is absolutely gorgeous. We spent two weeks there in December/January and had wonderful weather. The optional heating for the pool was great for us, the pool was just the right temperature and we had a lot of fun. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Vacances au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine à Comares. La maison était conforme aux photos: spacieuse et trÚs agréable avec plusieurs terrasses à l'abri du soleil ou non. La piscine était trÚs agréable et chauffée à une température parfaite! Notre arrivee avait été parfaitement préparée grùce à plusieurs notices explicatives qui nous avaient été envoyées à l'avance. La maison est isolée mais le village de Comares est proche ce qui nous a permis de faire toutes nos courses sans problÚme. La situation de la maison dans les montagnes offre une vue en hauteur dégagée et magnifique.
