Apartment of 50 m2, ideal for 6 people in the mountains, ski in ski out on the sunny slopes and in the heart of a real village of Savoie. Quiet on the 2nd floor of the Dome de la Cochette building of the recent residence Fontaine au Roi I, in La Chal, Saint Jean d'Arves resort, Les Sybelles (Savoie), France's 4th ski resort. Apartment 200 m from the new chairlift Charvin express 6 places = quick and direct access to the entire ski area = 310 km of trails connected between 1100 and 2650 m altitude = Sybelles area, in Savoie. (departure and return skis from the residence) You have free access to the private indoor pool of the residence and its 2 saunas. The heart of the resort with its shops (grocery store, bakery, laundromat, sports shops ...), bars-restaurants, the tourist office, the ski lifts, the daycare, the cinema, the ski school , the shuttle stop for your trips in the resort or with Saint Sorlin d'Arves ... near the residence (between 20 and 250 meters maximum). The apartment is 50m² and is equipped for 6 people with a south facing balcony overlooking the slopes and a pleasant view of the peaks (Aiguilles d'Arves). There are 6 beds distributed as follows: Two real separate rooms (one for 2 adults (double bed) and one for 2 children (2 beds 90 x 190)). The living room has a sofa bed express new (= sleeping in double bed) A real sleeping area for a bed. Two bathrooms: one with bath / one with shower Separate WC Dishwasher, Ceramic hob, Baby cot ... How to come ?
La Chal is located in Savoie more precisely in the Maurienne valley. TGV train, highways and national take you without problem to Saint Jean de Maurienne (sub-prefecture located at the foot of Saint Jean d'Arves).
In case of heavy traffic (red or black weekend). you can leave the highway fast enough. just after Chambéry (exit Chignin) and, by the National, you limit the traffic jams and frequent slowdowns between Montmélian and Albertville ... ditto Maurienne (the National is right, always cleared, without plug)

In Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. follow "Arvan Valley" and head towards "Saint Sorlin / Saint Jean d'Arves".
About fifteen kilometers later, after 3 small tunnels, you can turn right towards "La Chal" or continue a little further to turn right to the hamlet of Chambon.

The residence is in the center of the village of La Chal.
Once in La Chal, here is where we are (red star):
Follow "Fontaine du Roi" then take the first road uphill to the right in the station, you will have a parking on the right. This will be your parking for the week. Put yourself as deep as possible. Your accommodation is located in the building "Dome de la Cochette" towards the ski slopes.
For the delivery of the keys, it will be necessary to come back a few meters back on foot: agency Arves Immo (there is only one real estate agency on La Chal)

Warning ! In winter, the cross of the Iron Cross is closed (2 meters of snow! = it's a ski slope!). your G. P.S. will perhaps mislead you and offer you this itinerary!

Keys and inventory are done at the agency "Arves immo" located in the heart of the resort, less than 100 meters from our apartment.
