Whether you're here for work, study, or play, you'll be just minutes away from top-rated dining spots, shopping and more on bustling Broad St., As well as Berry College, Shorter University, local hospitals and the Rome Tennis Center.

You'll find comfort and convenience in our cozy 1910 cottage nestled in one of the city's most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods.

PLEASE READ BELOW
The property requires going up/down stairs to enter/leave house. There is a step-up/down into kitchen and primary bedroom. Not ideal for persons who are handicapped. It's in a historically designated section of Rome. The house was built in 1910. "It ain't perfect , but it's charming".

The area can be a bit noisy. We have noise machines and fans for more pleasant sleeping.

The property was fine for our 2 night trip: close to Berry College, downtown with restaurants and Publix was just around the corner. The house was clean and provided basic necessities. All that You Need

This house has a lot of character. The sloping floors fit with other houses of this location and era. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and kitchen has what you need for simple day to day cooking. Near the Main Street but not excessive city sounds. The neighbors are great. The Sweet Bar on the corner is a fun go to for a breakfast treat.
