Relax on the Gulf Coast in our Bayfront Beauty

Relax and spend your days on the beach, on the bay fishing, or behind the house enjoying kayaking or canoeing in this brand newly built bayfront home! Golf and tennis for a fee just a short distance away at St. James Bay. This home has all the amenities you need to enjoy all that beach life has to offer including the kayak and canoe!

Only 1 hour from Tallahassee and Tallahassee International Airport you will find this beautiful home. The home was built with an open floor plan. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the living space and kitchen. It offers a Master Suite with a king-size bed and bathroom with shower on one side of the house. It also offers a queen-size bed in the second bayfront room and a third bedroom with two single beds with a full bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. The living room also has a sofa as another option for the total of 6 guest to sleep. We provide for your convenience an enclosed outdoor shower to wash the sandy beach days away.
