This house is very convenient to the beach, cozy and spacious.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The owners did a wonderful job communicating with us before our stay and during. They gave great spots to visit and eat at. This part of Alligator Point is quiet and perfect for unplugging. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

Excellent way to end the summer

This was our last beach trip of the summer and this was the perfect place for it. The house was clean and set up so well with games and movies to enjoy also. The communication with the owners was incredible - they were nice, responsive and very easy to deal with. We definitely recommend this location.

This location and house was great for our getaway from the vinter in Minnesota. The size of the house and the fenced in yard for the dogs was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for everyday use. The communication with host was great and very helpful. We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The beach and natural surroundings were exactly what we needed to unwind. Our kids called this our “new Florida”! Don’t wait, just book this place! Oh, and be sure to eat at Angelo’s!

For sure it was a home away from home. House has everything you need (and more =)for a pleasant stay. Our pup enjoyed the fenced yard. Host provided some dining suggestions to include Hamanockers (great pulled pork). The Tiki Hut had great burgers and Mahi sandwiches. If you like lighthouses then be sure to visit St George Island and Carabelle. Also, the WW2 museum in Carrabelle was way cool. Too windy for our boat rental but all in all we had a fun trip.

Fantastic Getaway for a Family

The owners Paul & Christi were communicating nicely with us all along. Their home was immaculate and a truly peaceful place to enjoy some time with family or friends near the beach. We loved the upper and lower decks! The closest large store was 30min away, but there were plenty of little stores just 15min away. The state park is also just steps away. We definitely will go back for some R&R in the future!
