Totally comfortable, great location right next to multiple metro stops. Surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. AC is not easy to find in most Paris apartments, so that’s a huge plus. Kitchen was also an important asset, not huge but easy to cook pasta and eggs etc. Very friendly and helpful host. Not a whole lot of space, but perfect for a couple who don’t mind close quarters.

I had a great stay - small flat but convenient location, and very easy check-in / check-out process. If you're comfortable using the Paris metro system it's a very well-located to many parts of the city.

Additional narrow steps without rails leading to the small area for bed ,The bed bedding was less than desirable but overall, no real complaints. We came back to Paris after 30 years. Stephane was a wonderful host. Thw aptt is clean and comfortaable. Gtreat neighborhood with a great bakery across the street. Close to many restaurants , attractions and metro. Wonderful stay.

A Quiet Place to Rest

This is a true gem. Literally within walking distance of everything and right near the Metro and numerous bus lines. The flat is warm and cozy but has everything you need for your stay. Thank you!

Perfect Flat For Exploring Paris

Accurate posting of the flat. Our host couldn’t have been more welcoming and informative when we arrived. The flat is clean and very cozy. We also both commented that our stay here was the BEST sleep we have gotten the whole trip. 10/10! Additionally- the patisserie across the street became a daily ritual for us. Highly recommend starting your day with a croissant jambon fromage.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic- so many metro and bus stops nearby to easily get wherever you want to go. It’s a short walk to Moulin Rouge and 20 min. walk to Sacre Coeur. We are a mid-30s couple and the space was perfect for us- just enough room in the closet for two, easy to store bags under the loft stairs. It is on the top floor so there is an very narrow winding staircase to reach the apartment, but this was not a problem for us. Overall the apartment is clean, kitchenette was well stocked, and location was superb. We would absolutely return.

Lovely little apartment

We loved stayed here, Stephane was very nice and explained everything to us. He has a norebook to help you around. The apartment is beautiful and clean and decorated nicely. The bed is comfortable enough, duvet and pillows, perfect. Fun to look out skylight over bed loft. We were fine bringing heavy bags up 3 narrow stair flights, and climbing to bed loft, we are in our low 60s, but think twice if you are elderly, tiny children or not physically fit. And take care not to bump your head on ceiling beam on ceiling near bed! But we really enjoyed the area, and easy to get to everything by place de clichy metro or bus. Thanks Stephane for a wonderful visit!

Please be advised, this place is small. We knew this coming in and it wasn’t an issue for us but I’d hate for someone to book it without realizing its size (or lack thereof…). Apart from that, it was great. It was clean, quiet, and the owner is very friendly. There were a couple minor issues (breaker for hot water heater wasn’t on and the door handle kind of fell apart) but nothing was due to lack of maintenance or neglect - just normal wear and tear. To be frank, we caused a couple issues ourselves as my wife got sick before we left and I forgot to take some exceedingly stinky cheese out of the fridge and we didn’t leave it in the condition I would have preferred. All in all, the location is amazing, Stephan is great, and you can tell he takes pride in his VRBO. I would highly recommend this property for a couple looking for a nice stay in Paris.

Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen, und er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. In der Küche gibt es zwei Kochplatten und einen Kühlschrank. Das Bett befindet sich auf einer zweiten Ebene, die über eine kleine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man bekommt alles, was man braucht in den Geschäften der Umgebung. In geringer Entfernung gibt es Bus-/Metrostationen und Leihfahrräder (Vélib). Wir würden wiederkommen.

Nettes kleines Apartment sehr gut gelegen

Das Apartment war super sauber und sehr gemütlich. Es gibt alles was man benötigt auf engstem Raum. Das Bett ist über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen und hat eine gute Größe für 2 Personen mit Blick in den Himmel (leider war die Scheibe leicht verdreckt). Von der Lage in Paris her ist es super, man ist schnell bei 2 verschiedenen Metro Stationen sowie bei vielen Bushaltestellen. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es mehrere nette Restaurants und Bäcker sowie einen Supermarkt. Für ein Pärchen, das in Paris einen kulinarischen Sightseeing- und Liebesurlaub machen möchte ist es perfekt.

Die Unterkunft war in einer guten Lage, es gibt viele Geschäft darum. Man kann direkt zur Metro, dennoch ist es in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Sauberkeit war oke/gut geht aber besser. Dennoch eine schöne kleine Unterkunft wo man ein paar Tage bleiben kann.

Wunderbares Appartment für junge und junggebliebene

Die Wohnung ist im dritten OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses, Zugang über einen Innenhof. Hier gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, das Auto zu parken. Da der Bereich durch ein Tor geschützt ist (das zwar immer offen steht, aber dadurch für Passanten auch nicht einsichtig ist), haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig, die Fenster gehen zu einem weiteren Hinterhof. Hier kann man auch Fahrräder abstellen. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich und klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Perfekte Basis für Stadtausflüge. Das Bett (Futonmatratze) ist durch eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen - extrem gemütlich, wenn man nicht viel Platz braucht und keine Angst vor dem Runterfallen hat ;). Die Klimaanlage macht es gerade im Sommer recht erträglich, die Wohnung ist sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Möbel (Tisch und Stühle) lassen sich zusammenschieben und unter der Treppe verstauen. Die Gegend ist super, es gibt direkt vor der Haustür einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen Chinesen und einen vorzügliches hawaiianisches Essen, einen Bäcker gegenüber und eine Straße weiter einen Waschsalon. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist problemlos auch auf Englisch möglich. Wir sind begeistert und empfehlen es allen, denen die Treppen und wenig Platz im Bett nichts ausmachen.
