About this property
Gather your people in the lakes region of New Hampshire - EV charger, hot tub
We look forward to hosting you on the clearest lake in New England! The house has so many amenities, you may not need to leave. Stay inside and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the Sunroom, or get outside and get going! There's lots to do in the outdoor playground that is New Hampshire! Hiking, fishing, swimming, tubing, snowmobiling, ice fishing and skiing. Enjoy the Sunroom, Hearth Room, Games Room, fireplaces, and a large Kitchen. Seven bedrooms and 2 fold-out couches. Plenty of space for everyone. Lounge on the deck. Play a game. Read, Relax, Chat. Take some pictures because you will want to remember this vacation always.
LOTS of nearby hiking trails. Picturesque Bristol, Plymouth and Hebron are fun to explore. Or go a little further to try Platform Tennis and Pickleball -- newly offered at Owl's Nest. Ziplining is fun and easy at Bretton Woods.
We have a deck, dock, and 100' of private shoreline at the lake. The 6-minute hike to the lake is a beautiful trail to enjoy, with many stairs, and may not be suitable for everyone. The town beach in Hebron is very close and is outstanding! There are bathrooms there, too.
Limit of guests: While the property does sleep 17, we want to keep it affordable for smaller groups as well. Our base rates reflect a maximum of 10 guests, and extra guests incur a $50 per person per night extra charge. (Do not count children 2 and under.) This allows you to customize the rent you pay to the group you have, while also allowing us to reasonably collect for extra cleaning and wear and tear for larger groups.

About the host
Hosted by Nancy Dziki

Families grow larger, and farther apart, and we really value the times when we can get everyone together without a schedule. Dinner in this ridiculously large house with its big kitchen brings us so much joy, more than any restaurant. Newfound Lake is our favorite place to make memories with family and friends. After many years of searching for just the right property, we would like to share it with others who will cherish and care for it. Pride of ownership drives us to make this house the best it can be, and to keep everyone as safe as possible. We ask that you act responsibly regarding Covid and also just general safety. Any information you can give us about what you would like to do while you are here, will help us to provide you with the specific amenities you need. Want to hike? We will make sure to leave the maps out. Have some little ones? We will lock up the dart board and leave out the legos. We hope you will make as many happy memories here as we have, and that you will want to come back year after year.
Why they chose this property
It seems you can never have enough space! Everyone has their different needs and wants, and this house seemed to offer it all. After house hunting for most of our married life, and vacationing at many different areas, this is the best we have found. New Hampshire is a natural playground, offering many sports and activities to enjoy the whole year round. Your vacation days are precious, and no matter the weather, it's important that you have enough to do, or be able to do nothing. There are 18 rooms or areas for you to check out on the property. That'll keep you busy until dinnertime. Then read the House Manual for specific recommendations if you're so inclined.
What makes this property unique
Every year, a list is published about which lakes are the clearest. Newfound continually ranks in the top 10. The cleanest in New England. NY has Lake George. The rest are out West. This is something special, and only so many people can enjoy it every year. Many houses still have their only water source coming directly from the lake which is fed by natural springs. If you like to eat organic and use soap without chemicals, then you will be sure to appreciate a whole lake full of pristine water! Many residents are passionate about keeping the lake water healthy. Get on board and keep nitrogen byproducts and gasoline out of the water. Additionally, we donate to NewfoundLake.org to preserve the trails, and Loon.org to support the Loon Preserve just north of our property.
